Design And Implementation Of Material And Consumable Management System For The Fourth People’s Hospital Of Chengdu

In recent years,with the rapid development of the medical industry and the emergence of various new technologies,the information-based management of hospitals has been unable to meet the needs of business development.In hospital supplies management filed,there exists a wide range of varieties of hospital supplies need to be managed efficiently to serve a large number of applications.Correspondingly,the management requirements are becoming higher and higher.The existing management of supplies and consumables in the hospital is still a way of manual accounting in the warehouse and then unified accounting in the financial department.The data of hospital supplies can only be generated after the monthly financial accounts are entered.And the data of the hospital supplies warehouse cannot be inquired in real time.The material using department can only check the material using situation of previous months from the finance department,and cannot understand the latest material using situation of the department.The existing material management is only a branch account in the financial management system,which cannot be connected with hospital cost accounting and other systems in the HIS system.The materials use department cannot conduct statistical analysis and management of the materials of this department,and the financial department of the hospital cannot know the data of materials warehouse in real time.This thesis designs and implements a set of hospital consumables management system after analyzing the requirements of the hospital for the management of materials and consumables.In this thesis,the development trend of the hospital material consumable management system and the current research situation at home and abroad are described.Then combined with the actual situation of the hospital,make the requirements analysis and overall design of the whole system are made.This thesis describes in detail the design idea of hospital supplies management system,the division of functional modules and so on.The system realizes the management function of warehouse inventory and functions such as data report generation.The system uses the model of three-level warehouse to manage the hospital supplies warehouse,to enable all relevant departments in the hospital to know in time the entry-exit and inventory situation of the materials and consumables storehouse.Departments can also understandthe real-time use of materials and consumables in this department.The use of this system can effectively reduce the cost of hospital manual management and reduce the waste of materials and consumables.It makes budget procurement more accurate,reduces inventory build-up and accelerates capital turnover.The information-based and efficient management of the material consumables in the hospital is realized.
