Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy ofYiqiquyutongluo Decoction in the evaluation of peripheral neurotoxicity and electromyography before and after chemotherapy in patients with adjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal malignant tumors. Methods: Sixty patients who underwent adjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal cancer after qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in Fuzhou Second Hospital from January 2018 to September 2018 were enrolled in this study.According to the random number table method,30 patients in the experimental group(XELOX + taking Chinese medicine)and 30 patients in the control group(XELOX + taking mecobalamin)were observed. The peripheral neurotoxicity symptoms before and after chemotherapy were observed in patients with colorectal malignant tumors. The impact of the indicators on the evaluation of its clinical comprehensive efficacy.Results:(1)Comparing the total scores of TCM symptoms after treatment between the two groups, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in improving the clinical symptom score of OIPN patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)The results of this observation showed that the incidence of CIPN in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at the first and second time points, but the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05),but the nerves in the experimental group after the third and fourth time points. The incidence of toxicity and the incidence of toxicity of grade 2 and 3 were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The sensory nerve conduction velocity of the median nerve and superficial temporal nerve on both sides of the test group after chemotherapy. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).The SNCV of the median nerve and superficial temporal nerve of the control group was significantly lower than that before chemotherapy(P <0.01).After chemotherapy, the motor nerve conduction velocity of the median nerve and superficial temporal nerve in the experimental group and the control group had no significant change compared with that before chemotherapy, and the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).(3)Hematological toxicity comparison: The incidence of leukopenia in the two groups,at the first time point, the scores of leukopenia in the experimental group and the control group were tested by independent sample rank sum test, and found P>0.05,so the difference was not statistically significant; At the 3rd and 4th time points, the leukopenia of the experimental group and the control group was tested by independent sample rank sum test, and P<0.05 was found,so the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of neutropenia in the two groups,at the first and second time points, the neutropenia in the test group and the control group were tested by independent sample rank sum test, and found P>0.05,so the difference was not statistically significant. At the 3rd and 4th time points, the leukopenia of the experimental group and the control group was tested by independent sample rank sum test, and P <0.05 was found,so the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of thrombocytopenia in the two groups,at the first, second, third, and fourth time points, the neutropenia in the test group and the control group was tested by independent sample rank sum,and found to be P>0.05,so the difference was not statistical.Significance;the incidence of hemoglobin reduction in the two groups,at the first, second, third, and fourth time points, the hemoglobin reduction in the test group and the control group was tested by independent sample rank sum,and found P>0.05,so the difference was not statistically significant.According to the results, there was no significant difference in the change of alanine aminotransferase between the two groups(P>0.05).It can be seen that there is no significant effect of Chinese medicine on liver function, and the proportion of alanine aminotransferase abnormality occurred at each time point in the two groups of chemotherapy. It can be seen that the effect of chemotherapy drugs on liver and kidney function is small;the changes of creatinine in the two groups, the first, second, third, and fourth time points, the changes of creatinine in the test group and the control group were tested by independent sample rank sum test, and found that P> 0.05,so the difference is not statistically significant; Conclusion: For patients with postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, taking Yiqiquyutongluo Decoction can prevent or reduce peripheral nerve injury.
