Clinical Observation Of Tiaobupishen Decoction On Infertility Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome With The Asthenia Of Both The Spleen And Kidney

Objective:By comparing the treatment group of modification of Tiaobu Pishen decoction and the control group of clomiphene with progynova,which are both to treat the asthenia of both the spleen and kidney of polycystic ovary syndrome,we can judge the curative effect.We can objectively evaluate the results,about the safety and efficacy of treatment in both groups.The evaluation indicators include the increase of pregnancy rate and ovulation rate,the improvement of follicular development and cervical mucus scores,the melioration of menstruation condition and the changing of TCM syndromes.Methods:1.60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 in each group by random number method.2.The treatment group was treated with Tiaobu Pishen Decoction,while the control group was treated with clomiphene with progynova.Both groups were treated for two consecutive courses.3.The data about the status which will be referred to subsequently,are going to be captured both in treatment group and control group by collecting the respective number of patients developing with corresponding symptoms.The status corresponds to these symptoms,involving the follicle status,ovulation status,basal body temperature and cervical mucus score monitored by b-mode ultrasound.Having finished the data capture,the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate could be calculated,and the clinical efficacy of tiaobushen decoction in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome with spleen and kidney deficiency could be analyzed.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%.The total effective rate of the control group was 70.38%.It shows that the comprehensive curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,and the difference has statistical significance.(P < 0.05).2.The pregnancy rate was 32.14% in the treatment group and 11.11% in the control group.In terms of pregnancy rate,the rapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After two courses of treatment,the follicular development and ovulation were improved in both the treatment group and the control group,and there was no significant difference.(P > 0.05).4.In improving the cervical mucus score,the treatment group can effectively improve the cervical mucus score of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,and better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.(P > 0.05).5.In terms of menstruation,the treatment group could improve the menstrual volume,color quality and menstruation period(P < 0.05),and it was superior to the control group(P < 0.05),while the control group had no improvement in menstrual volume,menstruation period and color quality(P > 0.05).It shows that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving menstrual volume,color quality and menstruation period.(P < 0.05).6.After treatment,dizziness and tinnitus,weakness of waist and knee,frequency micturition at night,less eating and dull staying,tiring,thin stool,abdominal fullness and distention in the treatment group were all improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),while in the control group,only less eating and dull staying,abdominal fullness and distention in the control group were improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of less eating and dull staying before and after treatment.The other TCM syndrome treatment groups were better than the control group(P < 0.05).7.Safety indicators,involving vital signs,routine electrocardiogram,liver function,and the routine of kidney function,blood,urine and feces,were detected before and after treatment,two groups monitored.With respect to the consequences deduced from the safety indicators,it revealed that no conspicuous abnormality exists insides.8.Observations of adverse reactions to the 55 patients during the treatment period finished,in which no adverse reactions were found.Conclusion:Tiaobu Pishen Decoction manifests a better clinical efficacy in the treatment of infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome with deficiency of both spleen and kidney.Via the trial,Tiaobu Pishen Decoction does a beneficial effect to menstrual volume,color quality and menstruation.Also,it has adverts for clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and cervical mucus score.Besides,it functioned effectively in improving the follicular development and pregnancy rate.Ultimately,its comprehensive clinical efficacy performances superiorly to that of clomiphene combined with progynova.
