The Clinical Observasion Of HuaYu XiaoZheng Decoction Treating Previous Cesarean Scar Defect For Patients Of Blood Statis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of HuaYu XiaoZheng decoction treating Previous cesarean scar defect for Patients of blood statis.For now,hoping there Provide more chances for clinical treat about Previous cesarean scar defect,this treat method can make the Previous cesarean scar defect extend.Methods Time of the Case collection : Jan-2018 to Aug-2018.Case collection totally 60 patients from gynecology clinic of University of Traditional Chinese Medicine people’s hospital of Nanping Fu Jian province.There have 30 patients randomly assigned to treat of HuaYu XiaoZheng decoction,began to taking medicine from the fifth day of menstruation,tisane by hot water,once a day,keeping 10 days and 3 menstrual cycles.Compare group 30 patients,taking the medicine is Desogestrel and Ethinylestradios Tablets,began taking this medicine from the first day of menstruation,once a day(one pill),keep taking 21 days,then interrupt 7 days,then continue taking this medicine from eighth day.Keep using 3 menstrual cycles.Compare with this two groups clinical and B-ultrasound recover situation which one is better for that.Results1.Compare with this two group(Inner group comparison): compare with this two groups between the pretherapy and post treatment act days,total integral of traditional Chinese medicine and the size of scares.The diversity all have statistics sense(P<0.01),both of this two groups have positive curative effect on the shorten act days,improve total integral of traditional Chinese medicine and the size of scares.2.Compare this two groups(between of this two groups): There don’t have statistics sense compare with this two groups act days(P>0.05).There have sense of statistics before the patients taking this treatment for shorten act days and total integral of traditional Chinese medicine & size of scares comparison(P<0.01),but HuaYu XiaoZheng decoction curative effect much better then MARVELON.3.Total rate of valid comparison : treatment group rate of effective totally 93.33%,comparison group rate of effective totally 83.33%.(P<0.01).There have statistics sense of total integral of traditional Chinese medicine and the size of scares and treatment group situation is better then comparison group.Conclusion Compare with this two groups,both of them have good effective of make the incision of Previous cesarean scar defect,but Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction is as effective as Desogestrel and Ethinylestradios Tablets in shortening menstruation,and is much better then Desogestrel and Ethinylestradios Tablets on shorten scare size and improve clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.
