Observation On The Clinical Effect Of "Uremic Antipruritic Lotion" In The Treatment Of Uraemia Pruritus

Objective: To observe the changes of four items pruritus(FIIQ)scale score,the TCM syndrome integral and laboratory examination data before and after treatment in the uremic pruritus patients with wind formation from blood deficiency,and turbid toxin syndrome.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of uremic antipruritic lotion.Methods: From January 2018 to December 2018,the subjects of this study were maintenance hemodialysis patients in the hemodialysis room of Xiamen Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 80 uremic patients with pruritus were randomly divided into two groups: observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)received basic therapy such as "gabapentin" combined with hemodialysis.In the observation group,40 cases were treated with "urine poison and antipruritic lotion" on the basic treatment,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.By observing the changes of FIIQ score,TCM syndrome score,overall clinical efficacy and some laboratory examinations before and after treatment,the validity and safety of "uremic antipruritic lotion" were evaluated by statistical analysis.Results: 1.A total of 80 patients were enrolled in the study,among which 77 patients completed the clinical observation,including 2 patients in the observation group and 1 patient in the control group,with a total shedding rate of 3.75%.2.Before treatment,gender,age,primary disease,dialysis age,body weight,FIIQ score,laboratory indicators and TCM syndrome score between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.3.Compared with the two groups,the total effective rate was 92.11% in the observation group and 87.18% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The total effective rate of observation group and control group were 94.74% and 69.23% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in TCM symptom score and FIIQ score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of TCM symptoms after treatment(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference in TCM symptom score and FIIQ score between groups after treatment(P<0.01).4.In the course of clinical observation,no adverse reaction occurred in the observation group,and one case in the control group had a known adverse reaction in accordance with the "gabapentin" drug.All patients had blood routine test,liver and kidney function,electrolytes,and so on.There was no significant difference in parathyroid hormone and other laboratory indexes before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1."uremic antipruritic lotion" can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score and FIIQ score of patients with pruritus caused by wind formation from blood deficiency and turbid toxin syndrome,and improve clinical symptoms.2.No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the external washing treatment with "uremic antipruritic lotion".
