| Objective To compare the clinical jejunal interposed single-tract(JI)and double-tract reconstruction(DTR)after proximal gastrectomy for Proximal gastic cancer. Methods Clinical trials comparing JI with DTR for Proximal gastic cancer published from 2000 to 2019 were searched in Pubmed,Cochrane central,Embase and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP Date.Review manager 5.3 was used for meta-analysis and outcome measures included intra-and post-operative situations, complication morbidity. Results A total of 5 studies including 289 patients were identified and analyzed, including 141 in the JI group and 148 in the DT group. The results showed no significant differences in the total operation time(WMD=5.20,P=0.14),volume of intraoperative blood loss(WMD=-1.23,P=0.76),duration of postoperative hospital stay(WMD=0.29,P=0.32),postoperative complications(OR=0.95,P=0.89)cases with gastroesophageal reflux(OR=0.95,P=0.89),anastomotic stenosis(RD=0.01,P=0.65)between JI and DTR.Conclusion There is no significant differences in outcome measures above between JI and DTR. |
