Comparison Of Curative Effects For Renal Tumors Between Robot-assisted Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy And Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy

Aim of the StudyThe aim of this research is to compare and study the curative effect of all postoperative indexes of robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (transabdominal approach)and the laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(posterior abdominal approach).ResultWe collected the data of 81 patients who had a partial nephrectomy in our hospital from August,2016 to August,2018,including 35 of robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(the RPN group)and 46 of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(the LPN group).All of them have been finished as planned.It is indicated that the indicator differences of gender(21 are males and 14 are females vs.28 are males and 18 are females),age(60.0±9.6 vs.58.8±10.7),the R.E.N.A.L.score(5.37±0.91 vs.5.93±0.97)and the maximum tumor diameter(cm)(4.33±1.49 vs.4.65±1.19)of the two groups of case neither are not statistically significant.The data of the RPN group in terms of operation time(min)(140.71±20.87 vs.179.45±16.67),warm ischemia time(min)(20.62±3.35 vs.22.74 ± 2.60)and intraoperative hemorrhage(ml)(59.42±20.14 vs.83.04±20.12)is significantly better than that the LPN group(P<0.05).On the other hand,the data of the RPN group and the LPN group in terms of incidence of complication(5.7% vs.6.5%),postoperative exhaust time(day)(2.17±0.75 vs.1.76±0.60),time of postoperative hospital stay(day)(8.02±0.92 vs.8.65±1.25),blood transfusion(0 vs.1),transit opening(0 vs.0),positive margin(0 vs.0)are not statistically significant.During the follow-up visit,recurrence and metastasis of tumor have not yet been found in both of patients in the two groups.ConclusionComparing with the traditional laparoscopic partial nephrectomy,in terms of operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage and warm ischemia time,the robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy has significantly advantages which mainly thanks to the unique high Definition Enhanced 3D Vision and the flexible manipulator operation of robotic surgeries as well as the advanced related assisted technologies.It has not only developed and deepened merits of the traditional laparoscopic partial nephrectomy,but also overcome the demerits of this operation.That is,it has both solved problems and achieved a great development.In particular,it is excellent in the respects of warm ischemia time,normal renal tissue preservation and wound suture.All the benefits indicate that the robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy will show a tremendous applicable value and prospective.
