The Diganosic Value Of CTnI And NT-proBNP In Heart Failure With Preserved Ejection Fraction Patients

Objective:To explore the application vaule of N terminal brain natriuretic?NT-proBNP?and troponin I?cTnI?in the diagnosis Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction.Methods:we have selected the patients who was diagnosed as heart failure for 146cases who hospitalized in the department of Cardiovascular of the People's Hospital of Qinghai Province from December 2017 to December 2018,male 78 cases,female68 cases,aged 67.33±7.84 years.We divided the patients into left ventricle ejection fraction reduce?LVEF<40%?group and left ventricle ejection fraction preserved?LVEF?50%?group.According to the 2016 ESC Guidelines for the dignosis and treatment of acute and chronic heart failureresults point out that when heart failure patient's left ventricle ejection fraction?50%,we call it heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,and when the left ventricle ejection fraction<40%,we call it heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.Collect the NT-proBNP and cTnI of the each group,and then analysis date of the each group to come out the results.Results:Satatistical analusis,N-Terminalpro Brain Natriuretic Peptide?NT-proBNP?and cardiac troponin I?cTnI?in the group of left ventricle ejection fraction preserved?LVEF?50%?is in a higher lever,it means N-Terminalpro Brain Natriuretic Peptide?NT-proBNP?and cardiac troponin I?cTnI?may play a important role in the heart failure with preserved ejection fraction.We comes out that AUC_cTnI=0.689,AUC_NT-proBNP=0.702,it means NT-proBNP and cTnI may have some diagnostic significance in Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction patient;AUC_{NT-proBNP+cTnI}=0.760,it means the combined diagnosis of NT-proBNP and cTnI can improve the diagnostic value of Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction patient to a certain extent.Conclusions:1.cTnI and NT-proBNP may have some diagnostic significance in Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction patient.2.The combined diagnosis of NT-proBNP and cTnI can improve the diagnostic value of Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction patient to a certain extent.
