Objective : To compare the side effects, clinical efficacy and survival rate of PVAparticles and microspheres embolized in hepatic cell carcinoma(HCC).Methods:Through the analysis in September 2016-February 2018 in qinghai university hospital in line with conventional surgery of 87 cases of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),depending on the intraoperative embolization material divided into two groups, including 44 cases of joint polyvinyl alcohol particles with iodized oil embolism(PVA particles group),43 patients take iodized oil 8 the spheres embolism microsphere embolism microspheres(embolism). The indexes of postoperative liver damage,AFP level, adverse reactions, the maximum diameter of the surviving tumor, and the survival time within 12 months were observed. Results: There was no significant difference in ALT between the two groups before operation(P > 0.05);PVA granule group was significantly higher than microsphere group after operation(P < 0.001).In group comparison, the two groups were significantly higher after operation than before, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).There was no significant difference in TBIL between the two groups before operation(P > 0.05);PVA granule group was higher than microsphere group after operation, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).In group comparison, the two groups were significantly higher after operation than before, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).There was no significant difference in AFP between the two groups before and after operation(P > 0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of fever, nausea and vomiting between the two groups(P > 0.05).The incidence of pain in the PVA granule group was higher than that in the microsphere group(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The clinical effective rate and disease control rate were 55.9% and 88.5% in the microsphere group,34.7% and 71.1% in the PVA group, respectively. The median survival time of PVA granule group was 8 months, the survival rate of 4,8 and 12 months was 81.8%,50% and 7.7%.The median survival time of microsphere group was 11 months, and the survival rate of 4,8 and 12 months was 97.7%,83.7% and 16.3%.Log-Rang analysis showed that the survival rates of the two surgical methods were different(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The microsphere group had higher survival rate and longer median survival time.2.Postoperative toxicity and side effects in the microsphere group were milder than those in the PVA granule group.3.TACE can reduce the AFP value of patients.4.The curative effect of TACE in microsphere group was better than that of PVA group.
