Research On Community Basic Public Health Services In Yuquan District Of Hohhot

National Basic Public Health Service is one of the Key Work of Medical Reform.In September 2017,the number of basic public health services increased from 12 to 14.In 2018,the per capita subsidy for basic public health services was raised from 50 yuan to 55 yuan.Increased services and funding,it also means that the service content will be refined,Service requirements are becoming more stringent.Then for improving the quality of services,the rational allocation of funds,improving the service system for each job has become an urgent problem for health systems,It is also the focus of this paper.Taking the status quo of basic public health services in Yuquan District of Hohhot as the research object,information obtained through questionnaires,interviewsand other field research methods.And using the literature analysis method,descriptive statistical analysis method,card square inspection and other research methods,through qualitative research and quantitative analysis,summarize the difficulties encountered in the implementation of basic public health services in Yuquan District,find out its problems,and explore the reasons for the problems.To provide relevant departments with reference suggestions and countermeasures.On the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of other regions in China,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.Since the launch of the basic public health service in Yuquan District,we have achieved good results.It has played a guiding role in improving the health of the population.However,there are also some problems in the implementation of basic public health services.Including low residents ’awareness,utilization rate,and satisfaction;With the development of economy and society,the demands of residents on service items have gradually increased;Low level of technical personnel in basic public health services,the increase in service content has also led to work in a pro forma fashion,low quality of service,unreasonable financial input,etc.Thus,the government should increase its investment and publicity.Strengthening the Building of Talent Teams,Perfect the performance appraisal system and many other countermeasures for reference by relevant departments.It is used to solve the problems of basic public health services in Yuquan District,Hohhot City.
