| Objective: Anxiety,depression and hyperhomocysteinemia are independent risk factors for CHD.The compliance of secondary prophylactic medication in CHD patients directly affects the prognosis and quality of life of CHD patients.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to investigate: 1.Investigate the current status of secondary prophylactic medication adherence of patients with coronary heart disease;2.Analyze the influence of anxiety and depression on secondary prophylactic medication adherence of patients with coronary heart disease;3.So as to provide a basis for improving the compliance of secondary prophylaxis in patients with coronary heart disease,improve the identification rate of patients with double-heart disease,and improve the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods: In 330 cases in 2018-3 to 2019-2 first affiliated hospital of China medical university in general medicine’ patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)with inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria Morisky adherence questionnaire(MMAS-8)secondary prevention medication compliance survey and comprehensive hospital anxiety depression anxiety depression rating scale(HAD),collects and records the basic situation of the patients with laboratory results.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis.Difference analysis,chi-square test,univariate analysis,Logistic regression analysis and correlation analysis were used.The test level was a=0.05,that is,P<0.05 was statistically significant Conclusions: The compliance of secondary prophylaxis was poor in CHD patients,the level of anxiety and depression in CHD patients was negatively correlated with the compliance of secondary prophylaxis,and the level of anxiety and depression in CHD patients was positively correlated with the level of homocysteine. |
