| Objective: To analyze the common pathogens and their drug resistance rates in elderly patients with blood culture positive. Methods: Blood samples positive for elderly patients(≥60 years old)in our hospital from January 1,2016 to December 31,2018,retrospective analysis, analyse common pathogens, age distribution, departmental source and drug resistance.Result: A total of 1187 pathogens were isolated from the blood culture of elderly patients in our hospital,of which Gram-negative strains accounted for49.28%;Gram-positive strains accounted for 43.72%,and fungi accounted for 6.99%.Among the Gram-negative bacteria, the resistance rate of Escherichia coli to antibiotics such as amikacin, ertapenem, meropenem and imipenem was <4%.Klebsiella pneumoniae was sensitive to amikacin, carbapenem antibiotics, cefotetan, and tigecycline, and the drug resistance rate was <3%.The resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to tigecycline and amikacin was <25%.The resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to amikacin, ciprofloxacin, gentamicin, tobramycin and levofloxacin was <20%.Staphylococcus aureus and coagulase-negative staphylococci were sensitive to daptomycin,nitrofurantoin,quinupristin/dalfopridin,linezolid,tigecycline,teicoplanin,vancomycin The sex rate is higer, and the drug resistance rate was <5%.Enterococcus faecium was sensitive to quinupristin/dalfopridin,linezolid,tigecycline,teicoplanin,and vancomycin, and the drug resistance rate was <5%.Enterococcus faecalis was sensitive to daptomycin, nitrofurantoin, ciprofloxacin, tigecycline, teicoplanin, and vancomycin, and the drug resistance rate was <25%.Three fungi(nearly Candida albicans,Candida albicans,Candida glabrata),which are common in blood culture in elderly patients, are sensitive to antifungal drugs. Conclusion: The blood culture of elderly patients is mainly Gram-negative bacteria.Escherichia coli is a common pathogen of bloodstream infection in elderly patients, and the resistance rate of Escherichia coli is increasing year by year.Understanding the common pathogens of blood culture in elderly patients and their resistance The drug situation provides a basis for rational selection of antibacterial drugs for clinical work, control of bloodstream infection, and improvement of prognosis. |
