| Objective To analyze the amniotic fluid component of gestational diabetes mellitus with abnormal amniotic fluid volume and discuss its effect on pregnancy outcome. The method was selected from January 2016 to January 2018,and the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital was diagnosed as gestational diabetes with abnormal amniotic fluid.A total of 168 patients were enrolled in the study, including 116 with excessive amniotic fluid(in the amniotic fluid group)and52 with oligohydramnios(in the oligohydramnios group),and 168 normal pregnant women in the same period as the control group(normal group).Compare the amniotic fluid biochemical indicators(including potassium, sodium, chlorine, calcium, urea, creatinine, carbon dioxide binding, glucose, total protein concentration and osmotic pressure)of the three groups of people, and analyze their effects on maternal pregnancy outcomes. The situation and pregnancy outcomes were compared. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the age, gestational age,BMI index, neonatal birth weight, and neonatal asphyxia between the three groups(p>0.05),but the difference between the amniotic fluid group was significant.Statistically significant(p < 0.05).Comparison of gestational age distribution information between the two groups of amniotic fluid and too few: the gestational age of the abnormal amniotic fluid group was mainly distributed in >33 weeks, and the pregnant women in the oligohydramnios group were mainly distributed in >36 weeks. However, there was no statistically significant difference in gestational age between the two groups of pregnant women(P>0.05).The comparison of amniotic fluid components showed that the parameters of Na+,Ca2+ and Osm were among the specific components of too few groups.Significantly lower, the parameters of Crea and Glu were significantly larger than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the amniotic fluid component of many groups, the parameters of Glu were significantly larger than those of the control group, and the difference was certain. The statistical value(P<0.05);the comparison of pregnancy outcomes showed that the number of problems in the amniotic fluid abnormal group, fetal distress, premature delivery and cesarean section were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the proportion of placental abruption and postpartum hemorrhage in the amniotic fluid group was significantly greater than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)..Conclusion The amniotic fluid component of gestational diabetes has obvious changes, and the incidence of complications during pregnancy and perinatal diseases is relatively high. Therefore,it is necessary to use the supporting measures to control it. |
