Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Jiawei Dioxins Decoction On Postmenopausal Osteoporosis With Renal Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei dioxins decoction in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with renal deficiency and blood stasis,and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of the disease.Methods: 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for postmenopausal osteoporosis were included in the study,the control group was given calmodulin D treatment and combined with exercise management,the treatment group on this basis to give Jiawei dioxins soup,a total of 3 months of treatment.The observation indexes include:Visual simulation Score(VAS),Bone Density(BMD),TCM syndromes integral,bone metabolism biochemical Index,and compare the changes of the above indexes before and after treatment.Results:1.Total efficacy Comparison:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%,the total curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.VAS score Comparison:Both groups of patients were lower after treatment than before treatment,and the decrease of VAS score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndromes:The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 96.7%,the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 86.7%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndromes points:Both groups of patients were lower after treatment than before treatment,and the decrease of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Comparison of symptoms of individual TCM:The treatment group improved the symptoms of lumbar spine tingling,lumbar knee sour,difficult,dizziness and tinnitus were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Biochemical Index of bone metabolism:After treatment,25(OH)D in both groups was higher than before treatment,and the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).7.Safety evaluation:Both groups of patients before and after the treatment of safety observation indicators did not appear abnormal,no obvious toxic side effects,Jiawei dioxins decoction in the treatment of the disease clinical safety is good.Conclusion:1.Jiawei dioxins decoction can significantly reduce VAS score,TCM syndromes points and improve clinical symptoms and signs in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.2.Jiawei dioxins decoction can improve the serum 25(OH)D level and maintain the stability of bone metabolism.
