High-temperature noise environments are common in manufacturing and production areas, such as mining, machinery, and thermal power plants,as well as in aerospace, marine, land vehicles, and military equipment cabins.Work efficiency would be reduced at long-term environmental exposure, then product quality or mission completion would be impacted.Existing design guidelines and standards have given a description of the thermal environment comfort zone and safety zone and occupational safety assurance guidelines. And the limits and exposure times of noise levels based on hearing protection were also given. However, these regulations were based on the experimental results of the factors affecting the human body with a single environment. The interaction between the high temperature and noise complex environment on the physiological and psychological aspects of the workers was neglected. At present, there is no study of the high temperature noise composite environmental ergonomic zone division and less study of the influence of environmental factors on human working efficiency. Therefore, the research on the work efficiency of personnel in high temperature noise environment is especially important for determining the design control parameters of the working environment of the workplace.Firstly, this paper studies the construction of the impact model based on human psychology and physiological indicators on the work efficiency of the personnel through the literature and theoretical analysis. Then the main influence indicators of high temperature and noise environmental factors on the psychology and physiology of the workers were obtained, and the neural behavior evaluation method of work efficiency were given. Then a high temperature noise environment experimental cabin was set up,and 8 healthy adult males were selected to carry out high temperature noise exposure experiments. This paper has designed four environmental conditions: 25°C/50 dB(A),25°C/85 dB(A),32°C/50 dB(A),32°C/85 dB(A);The exposure time of tests were set to 4 hours. The psychophysiological indicators and neurobehavioral performance of the subjects were measured at the beginning of exposure,in the middle of exposure(2 hours),and at the end of exposure.Eight subjects were all involved in four environmental conditions,so the total number of experiments was 32.The psychological indicators of the experimental test include subjective satisfaction, complaint symptoms and emotions. The physiological indicators include grip strength, blood pressure, heart rate and heart rate variability. For psychological indicators, the experimental results showed that increased exposure time, increased temperature or increased noise will reduce subjective satisfaction, health and positive emotional scores, and will also increase negative emotional scores and total emotional assessment TMD.For physiological indicators, the grip strength decreased significantly with the increase of exposure time;systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased with the increase of temperature.heart rate increases with the increase of exposure time and increases with the increase of noise;the heart rate variability increases with the increase of exposure time, and increases with the increase of temperature or noise. For neurobehavioral, time and noise have a significant impact on the task performance indicators of the five test items of neurobehavior, and temperature has a significant impact on mental performance, series addition and subtraction, and task performance indicators for continuous operation.Through correlation analysis, there were significant correlations between subjective satisfaction, health status,TMD,and heart rate, heart rate variability, and other five indicators and neurobehavioral tests. Finally, the fuzzy mathematics theory was used to construct a model of the influence of high temperature noise environment on work efficiency based on physiological and psychological indicators.According to the psychological and physiological index data of the experimental test, the work efficiency rating of the test environment working conditions is given, and compared with the comprehensive performance of the neurobehavioral performance. The fuzzy evaluation method of work efficiency based on psychophysiological indicators comprehensively considers subjective psychological indicators and objective physiological indicators, which is suitable for evaluating the work efficiency of the subjects.Neurobehavioral is suitable for evaluating the work efficiency of subjects deviating from a comfortable range environment. The research results of the thesis can provide reference for the optimal control design of high temperature noise working environment.
