Clinical Efficacy Of Fire Acupuncture Combined With Glucosamine Hydrochloride Tablets In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the difference of clinical efficacy of fire acupuncture combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of cold dampness bizu type knee osteoarthritis,and to compare its effectiveness and safety.Method:In this study,90 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for bizu type of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups: fire acupuncture combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets and routine acupuncture combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets.Both groups were given health protection CARDS and required lifestyle interventions.Fire acupuncture therapy,fire acupuncture treatment is divided into three courses,1 time /5 days,6 times for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses;The time and course of conventional acupuncture treatment were the same as those of fire acupuncture group.At the same time,both groups were given glucosamine hydrochloride tablets,1 tablets each time,2 times a day,6 weeks for a course of treatment,3 courses after the observation of the two groups of subjects clinical score improvement,and recorded.Finally,the statistical knowledge and software were used to calculate and compare the efficiency of the two groups.Results:1.In this study,90 subjects that met the diagnostic criteria of KOA were screened,5 of them fell off in the process,and 85 of them were finally included.After3 courses of treatment,the symptom score and visual pain score of the fire acupuncture group decreased,while the functional score increased.The total effective rate was 95.23%.There were also changes in the scores of the conventional acupuncture group,with a total effective rate of 79.56%,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).The difference in effective rates between the two groups was statistically significant,suggesting that the efficacy of the fire acupuncture group was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.2.There were no adverse reactions in the fire acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group.Conclusions:1.This study shows that the combination of fire acupuncture and conventional acupuncture combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets has a good clinical effect on the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis,knee range of motion and joint pain.2.The curative effect of fire acupuncture combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets in treating cold dampness bizu type KOA is better than that of conventional acupuncture combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets.3.For patients with knee osteoarthritis,in addition to active treatment,the daily care of the joint,self-protection is particularly important.
