Clinical Observation Of Wenshentongbi Prescription Combined With Benzbromarone Tablets In The Treatment Of Gout Nephropathy(spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency And Turbid Stasis Type)

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of wenshentongbi prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of gout nephropathy(spleen-kidney Yang deficiency,turbid stasis block type),and to provide clinical ideas and basis for the clinical relief of gout nephropathy patients’ symptoms and the delay of renal function progress.Methods: from March 2017 to March 2018,70 patients who were diagnosed with gout nephropathy in the inpatient department and outpatient department of the nephrology department of gansu provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and whose syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine was of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and turbidity stasis arrest syndrome were divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases each according to the principle of random control.In both groups were given western medicine clinical foundation treatment at the same time,the treatment group was given the kidney and tong bi and Benzbromarone tablets,the control group given Benzbromarone tablets,4 weeks for a course,a total of 3 period of treatment,after the treatment of before and after treatment in the two groups patients with TCM syndrome integral,blood uric acid,24 h urine protein,urine NAG enzyme,quantitative serum(inhibition C,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen of data for statistical processing and analysis.Results :(1)the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 87.9%,while that in the control group was 67.6%.(2)comparison between the two groups before treatment: there were no statistically significant differences in scores of main TCM syndromes between the two groups(P > 0.05),suggesting that the scores of main TCM syndromes before treatment between the two groups were comparable.There were no statistically significant differences in the main western medicine indicators between the two groups(P > 0.05),suggesting that the main western medicine indicators between the two groups before treatment were comparable.(3)comparison between the two groups before and after treatment: there was no statistically significant difference in tinnitus between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and the differences in other indicators before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in tinnitus,cold pain in waist and spine,limb sleepiness,sticky mouth,and skin arthrosis in the control group(P>0.05),while there was statistically significant difference in other indicators before and after treatment(P<0.05).The differences of western medicine indexes before and after treatment in the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the control group(P>0.05),while the difference in other indexes before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)comparison of the difference values between the two groups before and after treatment: the improvement of the indicators of cold pain in the lumbar spine,heavy limb sleepiness,sticky mouth and false skin nail in the treatment group was better than that in the control group;The indexes of joint pain,joint function,edema,frequency of urination,nocturia,lumbar limitation,fatigue and fatigue in the treatment group all decreased more than those in the control group.The improvement of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The serum uric acid,24 h urine protein,urine NAG enzyme and Cys-C in the treatment group all decreased more than that in the control group.Conclusion: wenshentongbi decoction can improve clinical symptoms of patients,significantly reduce serum uric acid,24 h urine protein quantification,urine NAG enzyme,serum cystatin C,improve blood creatinine,blood urea nitrogen levels,indicating that wenshentongbi decoction has a good effect on the disease,and has a better clinical safety.
