Analysis On The Distribution Of TCM Syndrome Types And The Rules Of Medication About Premature Ovarian Failure Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective: The project applies the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,adopts auxiliary platform the data mining technology,and studies the literature of POF with the treatment of TCM over the recent decade so as to explore the medication rules and basic treatment of this disease.On the other hand to collect gansu province Chinese medicine hospital outpatient clinic of ovarian premature aging of the patient’s medical records,statistics of the TCM syndrome and prescription medication,comparison between the two,to reveal the region of TCM syndrome characteristics of ovarian premature aging and medication rules,and excavate potential new prescription,premature ovarian syndrome drugs and new drug development in the future to provide the reference basis.Methods:1.By searching the Chinese journal full-text database(CNKI)and WanFang Database,the project collects the literature from Jan,1th 2008~Dec,31 th 2018 on traditional Chinese medicine treatment for POF which are put into TCMISS according to the TCM syndromes and the prescription drugs.The project concludes the distribution of the TCM syndromes of high frequency,the high-frequency medicines of each syndrome,the distribution of tropism of taste,at the same time,it discusses and analyzes the combination among medicine.2.The project collects 200 cases of POF from the Gynecologic Clinic of Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM between Oct,2016 and Dec,2018,which are in accordance with the inclusive criteria and exclusion criteria.The medical record information,TCM syndromes and the prescription medication are input TCM Inheritance Support System.Meanwhile,frequency statistics method,association rules and entropy clustering are adopted to analyze the association rules among TCM syndromes,high-frequency medicines,tropism of taste and the combination drugs.Results:1.There are totally 141 pieces of literature in accordance with inclusive criteria,amongwhich 18 kinds of TCM syndrome are concluded.The followings are most frequent(over 5times):(1)kidney deficiency 25 cases,(2)kidney deficiency and liver-qi stagnation 22 cases,(3)yin deficiency of liver and kidney18 cases,(4)deficiency of kidney-yin 14 cases,(5)yang deficiency of spleen and kidney14 cases,(6)Deficiency of kidney and blood stasis 12 cases,(7)kidney-jing deficiency 8 cases,(8)deficiency of kidney-yang 7 cases,(9)deficiency of spleen and kidney 6 cases,(10)Intercourse between heart and kidney 5 cases.There are 151 prescriptions in the literature,and the most frequently used herbs from high to low are Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Angelica,Cuscuta chinensis Lam,Epimedium and yam,among which are mainly Tonify deficiency medicine1242 times,Activating Blood Circulation Herbs123 times,astringent therapy herbs 90 times,exterior-releasing herbs 47 times,water-disinhib iting damp-percolating medicinal 45 times,drugs for regulating Qi flow 39 times,and Heatclearing drugs 21 times.The properties of the herbs are mild,gentle and cold and the main tastes are sweet,spicy and bitter.There are 23 kinds of combinations of herds commonly used,including are “Angelica and Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata”“Cuscuta chinensis Lam and Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata”.There are 10 drug association rules,including “Radix Rehma nniae Praeparata”“chuanxiong-> Angelica ”.Each TCM syndrome works out the drugs of high frequency,(1)kidney deficiency focuses on Cuscuta chinensis Lam,Epimedium and Angelica belonging to kidney-nourishing herbs;(2)kidney deficiency and liver-qi stagnation mainly adopts Bupleurum Chinese,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Angelica which belong to the herbs of Bushen Shugan;(3)yin deficiency of liver and kidney mainly uses Ligustrum lucidum ait,Lycium barbarum,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata that are the herbs of nourishing liver and kidney;(4)deficiency of kidney-yin focuses on Dendrobium,Angelica,Turtleback,Radix Paeoniae Alba which are the herbs of Yin medicine;(5)yang deficiency of spleen and kidney mainly adopts atractylodes macrocephala,yam,deer-horn gelatin which are the herbs of Jianpi Wenshen;(6)Deficiency of kidney and blood stasis mainly adopts Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Carthamus tinctorius L,semen persicae;(7)kidney-jing deficiencymi mainlychoosesrubus,schisandra sphenanthera rehd.et wils,cornus officinalis sieb.et zucc which belongs to the herbs of Bushen Yijing;(8)deficiency of kidney-yang mainly adopts Morinda officinalis How,Cuscuta chinensis Lam,Epimedium that are the herbs of Warming kidney and tonifying Yang medicine;(9)deficiency of spleen and kidney mainly uses atractylodes macrocephala,yam,Cuscuta chinensis Lam which are the herbs of Spleen and kidney medicine;(10)Intercourse between heart and kidney mainly use Semen Ziziphi spinosae,schisandra sphenanthera rehd.et wils,seed of Nelumbo nucifera belonging to the herbs of Kidney-tonifying and heart-clearing medicine.2.Among the 200 cases of clinical collection of premature ovarian failure,there are 6TCM syndromes,including kidney deficiency,kidney deficiency and liver-qi stagnation,Deficiency of kidney and blood stasis,yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,phlegm-dampne ss block,Intercourse between heart and kidney.The high-frequency herbs mainly are Angelica,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Cuscuta chinensis Lam,atractylodes macrocephala and so on.The effect of high-frequency herbs are listed as follows from high to low,Tonify deficiency medicine(1728 times),Activating Blood Circulation Herbs(424 times),drugs for regulating Qi flow(157 times),exterior-releasing herbs(134 times),astringent therapy herbs(94 times),water-disinhibiting damp-percolating medicinal(58 times),suppressing hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind(30 times),Heat-clearing drugs(22 times),expectorants,antitussives and drugs for relieving dyspnea(22 times).Most of them are warm,mild and cold and taste sweet,spicy and bitter.Also,drugs have impact on liver,kidney,spleen and heart meridian.There are 24 kinds of common herb combinations,such as "licorice,angelica" "dodder,angelica" and other 24.There are 12 association rules among drugs,including “chuanxiong,Bupleurum Chinese-> Angelica” “chuanxiong,astragalus membranaceus-> Angelica”.6 new prescriptions are obtained through unsupervis ed entropy hierarchical clustering and network display.Conclusions:1.Through collecting the literature of TCM syndrome and the rules of Chinese medicine in treat POF,it is concluded that the etiology and pathogenesis of POF are related to the disorders of kidney,liver,spleen and heart,in which kidney deficiency and liver-qi stagnation,Spleen deficiency,Heart fire are the main factors.In addition,wet phlegm and blood stasis are the pathological products as well as its pathogenic factors.According to the high frequency of TCM syndrome types,here are the principles of the treatment of TCM:(1)kidney-nourishing therapy(2)Bushen Shugan(3)nourishing liver and kidney(4)Jianpi Wenshen(5)Bushen Huayu Qutan treatment(6)Kidney call.2.Six kinds of syndromes are acquired through statistical analysis on the clinical collection.At the same time,the high-frequency medicine,the common and core drug combination and new methods not only provide theoretical support for the experts and professions but also build the solid foundation for the new drug exploration to cure POF on the base of “Due to the following three” in the region.
