Study On Danggui Buxue Decoction In Improving The Quality Of Life Of Patients With CKD Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:This study was to observe the changes of TCM syndrome scores,renal function,blood routine and quality of life(QOL)scores in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD)spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome before and after treatment.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Danggui Buxue Decoction in improving QOL in patients with CKD spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome.Methods:Eighty patients who were admitted to the Department of Nephrology and Department of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Gans u University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to October 1818 and met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the study and divided into treatment group(conventional treatment combined with Danggui Buxue Tang).And the control group(conventional treatment),40 cases in each group.The treatment time was 3 months.Serum creatinine(Scr),endogenous creatinine clearance(Ccr),urea nitrogen(BUN),cystatin C(Cys-C),serum uric acid(UA),and serum were observed before and after treatment.Serum total protein(ALB),serum albumin(TP),24-hour protein quantification(U-TP/24h),hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT),TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy,total clinical Changes in efficacy,QOL scores and other indicators.Results:1.From the perspective of TCM syndrome efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90.00% and 42.50%,respectively.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups were effective for the disease.However,the treatment group was superior to the control group.2.From the comprehensive clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90.00% and 67.50%,respectively.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that both treatments were effective,but the treatment group was excellent.In the control group.3.Before and after treatment,the treatment group and the control group had different degrees of decrease in Scr,BUN,UA,Cys-C and UTP after treatment and 3 weeks after treatment,and Ccr,TP,ALB,Hb and HCT increased.P < 0.05).4.Compared with the control group,the treatment group showed lower Scr,BUN,UA,Cys-C,TP/24 h and higher Ccr,TP,ALB,Hb and HCT in the treatment group.(P<0.05).5.Before and after treatment,the scores of all the groups in the two groups were significantly increased before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had higher scores in each dimension than the control group.In the control group(P<0.05),both the treatment group and the control group could improve the overall QOL of patients with CKD spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndrome,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Danggui Buxue Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and increase the QOL of patients with CKD spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome.The mechanism may be related to lowering the levels of Scr,BUN,UA,Cys-C,UTP and increasing the levels of Ccr,TP,ALB,Hb and HCT.
