Study On The Preparation And Quality Evaluation Of Lily Formula Granule

Lily formula granules are made of Lily single herbal medicine,under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,using modern pharmaceutical technology,refined by extraction,concentration,drying,granulation,packaging,etc.It’s function,domination,taste,meridian attribution are consistent with traditional Chinese herbal medicine pieces,and are the product of Chinese Herbal Pieces keeping pace with the times.At present,the quality of formulated granules produced by various manufacturers is uneven due to different preparation processes,which brings great troubles for clinical use.In this paper,the production technology of Lily formula granules and the quality standards of Lily slices,standard decoction and formula granules were studied.The specific contents are as follows:First,Complete the whole preparation process from 10 batches of decoction pieces to formula granules,and optimize the process of each link,in order to achieve maximum consistency with traditional Chinese medicine pieces.Second,by comparing the two methods of heating reflux and decocting pot to prepare the standard decoction of lily,it is considered that the standard decoction prepared by decocting pot method is more in line with the traditional decocting method.To decoct the pieces that meet the pharmacopoeia standard of the 2015 edition in an electronic decocting pot,take 100 g of Lily pieces,soak them in 8 times water for 30 minutes,decoct them in high heat after boiling for 30 minutes,then decoct them in gentle heat for 30 minutes,sieve 120 meshes while boiling,add 6 times more water,decoct them in high heat for 30 minutes after boiling,filter them in hot water,and merge two times of medicinal liquid to obtain 400-600 mL extract,which is the standard decoction of Lily.Third,based on the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2015 edition,the quality standards of Lily slices,the quality evaluation system of Lily standard decoction and the quality standards of Lily formula granules were established from the aspects of TLC,characteristic atlas and extracts.Forth,through the correlation analysis of characteristic atlas,the chemical differences between the self-made Lily formula granules and the original medicinal materials,slices and standard decoctions were compared.According to the relationship between standard decoction and actual quantity,the tentative prescription of Lily Formula Granule is 1g,which is equivalent to 6g pieces of decoction,and the extracting rate ranges are from 13.34% to 17.65%.
