| Under the environment of increasing market competition pressure,talents have gradually become the basic guarantee and motive force source for the healthy and steady development of hospitals,and it is possible to obtain leapfrog development only if they can retain talents.However,the loss of hospital staff has led to the instability of the team,and the development goal of the hospital is difficult to achieve.At present,how to further improve the level of human resources management and reduce the turnover rate of employees has become the focus of attention in the medical field.Most hospitals in China suffer from the problem of employee turnover,which seriously weakens the competitiveness of the hospital market.This paper takes HZ city hospital as the research object,through the collection,statistics and analysis of employee turnover questionnaire to the hospital,and the use of Price-Mueller model of employee turnover to explore the real causes leading to the turnover intention of the employees,and mainly from the angle of organizational management and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The research ideas of this paper are mainly divided into seven parts.The specific research ideas are as follows: the first part is the introduction,including the research background,research significance,research trends at home and abroad,research methods and research framework,research contents and innovation points.The second part is the introduction of the related theories and concepts of human resource management,which lays a theoretical foundation for the writing of this paper.The third part mainly introduces the basic situation of HZ hospital and the basic status of the loss of personnel,and analyzes the loss caused by the loss of employees.The fourth part is the research design and data collection,on the basis of theoretical research,constructs the HZ hospital staff turnover causes model,and through the mature volume from previous studies table design the research questionnaire,selected study sample,field survey,data collection,through data collection and statistics,classification according to the organizational factors,summed up the reasons for leaving the different positions on the.The fifth part is based on the analysis of the different influence factors of the job turnover,and summarizes the optimization strategy of human resource management in HZ hospital.The sixth part puts forward the relevant measures to ensure the normal operation of the optimization strategy of human resource management in HZ hospital.The seventh part is the concluding remarks.It summarizes the research ideas and main contents of this paper,and points out the shortcomings of the paper,as well as the conclusions and directions for further research.Based on the study of employee turnover in HZ hospital,we found some problems in the human resource management of the hospital,and then put forward some improvement measures to make HZ hospital retain talents. |
