Objective:Predicting the severity of acute pancreatitis, local complications, systemic complications, and death by comparing the dynamic assessment of acute pancreatitis activity scoring system,SIRS score, severity bedside index, improved early warning score, acute physiology and chronic health status scores Value,to explore the clinical value of the acute pancreatitis activity scoring system. Methods:To collect clinical data of 40 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from March 2018 to December 2018,and calculated 40 patients with acute pancreatitis on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14th day of admission.SIRS score, severity bedside index, improved early warning score, acute physiology and chronic health status score, acute pancreatitis activity score, the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was drawn. The area under the curve was used to compare the predictive value of the above scores on the severity of acute pancreatitis, local complications, systemic complications, and death on days 1,3,7,and 14 of admission.Results:1.Among the 40 patients with AP,there were 9 cases of MAP,4 cases of MSAP,and 27 cases of SAP.2.On the first day of admission, the PASS score predicted SAP,local complications, systemic complications,AUC values of death,Yoden index, and sensitivity were higher than other scores.3.0n the 1st,3rd,7th and 14th day after admission, the PASS score predicted the local complication and systemic complications with higher AUC values than other scores. On the 1st,7th and 14th day after admission, the PASS score predicted SAP and the AUC value of death was higher than other scores.4.1n the dynamic assessment, the AUC values(all>0.9),the Yoden index, and the specificity of the predicted death on the 14th day of the 5 scores we studied were higher than the other time points in the study.Conclusion:1.On the first day of admission, the PASS score was superior to other scores in predicting SAP,local complications, systemic complications, and death.2.The previous severity score can also be used to dynamically assess the condition of patients with acute pancreatitis, but the PASS score is better than other scores at different time points in terms of severity, local complications, systemic complications, and death.3.The PASS score is proposed as an AP management and intervention progress, quantitative measurement of disease activity in patients with acute pancreatitis appears to be a promising system.4.The 14th day of admission was a reasonable time to reassess the prediction of late death(>14 days)in acute pancreatitis.
