The Comparison Of Montelukast And Budesonide In The Treatment Of The Mild Persistent Treatment In Children

Objective:By compared the clinical effect of the montelukast using alone and budesonide suspension for inhalation,and explore the best way to the treatment of mild persistent asthma in children.Methods:120 cases of infantile mild persistent asthma,who were diagnosed in Taishan Medical School Affiliated Hospital from January 2015 to August 2015 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,60 cases in each group.Two groups of children with gender,age,personal history,family history and condition,had no statistical significance(P>0.05),comparable.Before the treatment,measured the FeNO and the serum total IgE in each child,and recorded the results,then the control group was given budesonide,the treatment group was given montelukast orally.Dose:budesonide,0.1mg,bid;montelukast,5mg,qn.The total course was eight weeks.During the during,their patents recorded the time of cough in a week,the number of suppress awake at night and adverse reactions.Eight weeks later,measured again the FeNO and the serum total IgE,observed the improvement of clinical symptoms in each child.The final,statistics statistical software SPSS13.0 cerdit processing application software package,using t test to P<0.05 as statistically significant difference.Results:1.The Comparison Of The Clinical EfficacyIn the control group,53 cases were effective,7 case were invalid,the effective rate was 88.3%;in the treatment group,37 cases were effective,23 case was invalid,the effective rate was 61.7%.The clinical effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group.2.1 In the control group,the time of cough was(1.62±0.28)days in a week;in the treatment group,it was(1.80±0.10)days.The T of the two groups was 0.733,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.2.2In the control group,the number of suppress awake an night was(0.42±0.06)in a mont,but in the treatment,it was(0.50±0.08).The T of the two groups was 0.123,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant..3.The Comparison Of The FeNO Before And After TreatmentBefore the treatment,the FeNO of control group was(46.87±3.31)ppb,after the treatment,it was(28.62±2.67)ppb;the T of the pre-treatment and post-treatment was 31.242,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Before the treatment,the FeNO of treatment group was(47.05±2.94)ppb,after the treatment,it was(32.46±2.19)ppb;the T of the pre-treatment and post-treatment was24.209,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Before the treatment,the FeNO of control group and that of treatment group compared,had no statistical significance(P>0.05),comparable.After the treatment,the FeNO of control group and that of treatment group compared,T was 7.472,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.4.The Comparison Of Serum Total IgE Before And After TreatmentBefore the treatment,the serum total IgE of control group was(201.19±16.54)ng/L,after the treatment,it was(109.95±15.82)ng/L;the T of the pre-treatment and posttreatment was 29.057,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Before the treatment,the serum total IgE of treatment group was(203.73±18.32)ng/L,after the treatment,it was(130.50±19.67)ng/L;the T of the pre-treatment and post-treatment was 16.572,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Before the treatment,the serum total IgE of control group and that of treatment group compared,had no statistical significance(P>0.05),comparable.After the treatment,the serum total IgE of control group and that of treatment group compared,T was 5.311,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.5.The Comparison Of The Adverse ReactionsThe adverse reactions of the two groups is the same,compared with the traditional routine atomizing inhaled corticosteroids,montelukast does not increase the patient’s adverse reactions.2.The Comparison Of The Clinical SymptomConclusion:1.Budesonide is more efficient than Monteluakst using alone at the treatment of mild persistent asthma in children.2.In terms of improving the cough symptoms and clinical symptom at night,monteluakst level with budesonide,but in terms of reducing FeNO and serum total IgE,budesonide is superior to monteluakst.
