ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical application with modified biopsy gun and traditional biopsy gun in percutaneous lung biopsy under CT-guided.MethodsHave improved the traditional biopsy gun,the improved method is that cutting off part of the front end of the tip and groove from traditional Angiotech 21 G core needle biopsy gun,The front-end based part became 1~2cm long string structure,combined with 18 cant su ction needle,randomly selected cases in lung space-occupying lesions,puncture materials under CT guidance,each patient based on three times.Randomly selected some cases in lung space-occupying lesions,used traditional Angioteach 21 G biopsy gun,combined with18 cant suction needle,puncture materials under CT guidance,each patient based on three times.Quantitated the size between modified biopsy gun and traditional biopsy gun in lung s pace-occupying lesions three times,observe and record the cases of taking enough the organization by two types biopsy gun;the cases that pathological biopsy results are consistent with clinical follow-up results;the number of cases of pneumothorax happened;the number of cases of pulmonary hemorrhage occurred;the number of cases of other complications occurred,toanalysis if the size of the volume,biopsy positive rate and diagnosis accuracy rate and the incidence of complications have statistically significantu sing modified biopsy gun and traditional biopsy gun in lung space-occupying lesions.If there are statistically significant,the modified biopsy gun certain advantages than traditional bi opsy gun,worthy of promotion;no statistical difference,indicating improved biopsy gun than traditional biopsy gun,there is no advantage.ResultsModified comparing with traditional biopsy gun:achievement ratio of puncture a re all 100%;puncture is based on the size of the volume,mean±deviation,respectively,59.22±34.96;32.04±28.57,Statistical analysis of the difference was statistically signific ant(Z=-7.32,P<0.01);The biopsy positive rate,respectively,98.88% 86.96%,Statisticalan alysis of the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003<0.05);accuracy rate ofdi agnosis,respectively,97.76% 89.86%,Statistical analysis of the difference was statistica lly significant(P=0.042<0.05);The incidence of pneumothorax,respectively,8.99%13.04%,Statistical analysis of the difference was statistically unsignificant(P=0.447>0.05);Hemoptysis and pulmonary hemorrhage,respectively,3.37%;14.49%,Statistical analysis of the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017<0.05).ConclusionLung in the processofthe space-occupying lesions based on biopsy guided byCT,modified a biopsy gun than traditional biopsy gun a more volume,biopsy havehigher positive rate and diagnosis accuracy is higher,pneumothorax,pulmonary hemorrhage h aemoptysis did not increase the incidence of complications,clinical has very high us e value,worthy of promotion of use.Innovative and significanceThe current research first adopted this improvement method to evaluate the bio psy positive rate and diagnosis accuracy rate and the incidence of complications.Aft er retrieval there are no study for the modified biopsy gun in this method at hom e and abroad at present.The current research cotrasted the difference about the size of the volume,biopsy positive rate and diagnosis accuracy rate and the incidence of c-omplications,provided a practical basis for improved the percutaneous lung biopsy technique.And thus unnecessary injury and complications,Improving the efficiency of the biopsy,providing the basis for treatment for clinical. |
