| ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Removable Hayman suture in controlling atonic postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean delivery,and evaluate the menstrual and fertility outcomes following this suture.MethodsFrom Feb.2013 to Nov.2016 in Qian fo shan Hospital of Shandong Province 80 cases of atonic postpartum hemorrhage were included in the study,were divided into Removable Hayman Suture group(RHS)and Hayman Suture group according to the exclusion criteria,40 cases each.The RHS group received removable Hayman suture treatment,while the Hayman Suture group were treatmented of Hayman uterine compression suture.The hemostasis effect,operative time,postoperative 2 hour blood loss,postoperative 24 hour blood loss,hospitalization times,time of resumeing menstruation,the duration of lochia,postoperative complications of the two group were observed and evaluated.ResultsThe total effective rate of hemostasis of the RHS group(95%)was similar with the Hayman Suture group(92.5%),The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the operative time,postoperative 2h blood loss and postoperative 24 h blood loss of the RHS group was similar with the Hayman Suture group,The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the duration of lochia of the RHS group were significantly less than the Hayman Suture group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the time of resumeing menstruation and the hospitalization times of the RHS group were significantly less than the Hayman Suture group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the postoperative complications of the RHS group was significantly lower than the Hayman Suture group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe Removable Hayman suture can prevent or reduce the intraoperative and postoperative bleeding,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,thus is worthy of promotion. |
