Clinical Study On Treatment Of Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(Chronic Pelvic Pain)by Adding And Subtracting Lichong Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lichong Decoction(Lichong Decoction)in treating chronic pelvic pain of pelvic inflammatory disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis。Methods:60 patients with chronic pelvic pain were randomly divided irtto treatment group and control group.。The experimental group was divided into three groups:Astragalus 15g,Codonopsis 10g,Atractylodes macrocephala 10g,Chinese yam 15g,Sanleng 10g,Curcuma 10g,,Trichosanth 10g,ehicken gold 10g,Anemarrhena 10g。The control group was treated with Kangfuyan Capsule(produced by Shandong Buchang Shenzhou Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.),one month as a course of treatmenti three consecutive courses of treatment。Visual analogue scale of pain intensity before and after treatment was recorded。Standard of accurate and local signs scores observe the score and recovery rate of the two groups after treatment。Results:By comparing the scores of lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,lower band,menstruation and mental burmouts we found that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group O Compared with the two groups before and after treatment,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was significantly decreased after treatment。Through two groups of accessories,mass and other signs of integral comparison,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)。Compared with the two groups before and after treatments the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was significantly decreased after treatment。Comparison VAS of two groups,there was no significant difiference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was significant difiference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)。Compared with the two groups before and afer trea;knent,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was significantly decreased after treatment。According to the total scores of symptoms and signs,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatnent(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)o Compared with the two groups before and after treatment,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was significantly decreased after treatment。According to the comparison between the two groups,4 cases cured(14.3%),effective 12 eases(42.9%),effective 10 cases(35.7%),invalid 2 cases(7.1%),total efficiency 92.86%;Of 28 patients in the control group,2 cases cured(6.9%),effective 6 cases(20.7%),effective 16 cases(55.2%),invalid 4 cases(13.8%)and total efficiency86.20%O This is indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than tihat of the control group。Through the study found that oral Lichong decoction can improve the clidical symptoms,relieve pain and other discomfort,significantly improve the therapeutic effect。Conclusion:Lichong Decoction is effective in treating chronic pelvic pain of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease witfh deficiency of qi and blood stasis。...
