| Lung cancer is the world’s cancer with the highest number of deaths and the highest prevalence of cancer,and more than 85%of cases are diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer.According to statistics,its 5-year survival rate is 15.9%.There was only a slight improvement in the middle of the year.At present,a large number of studies have proved that isothiocyanate compounds present in cruciferous plants have good anticancer effects.SFE is one of them,but his research is still quite small.Studies have shown that the combination of GSH and reducing glutathione can enhance its stability while maintaining its good anticancer activity.The SFE-GSH-NA used in this study is based on the salt formation to enhance its water solubility,Cloning assays,cell proliferation assays,scratch assays and transewell assays,periodic apoptosis assays,and Westerm Blot assays by administering or knocking down target genes,Through the above experiments,to investigate its effects on non-small cell lung cancer and to study its molecular mechanism,the main conclusions are as follows.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The results showed that the glutathione glutamate conjugate sodium salt can inhibit the cell proliferation,invasion and metastasis,block cell cycle and induce apoptosis of non-small cell lung cancer HCC827 cells,confirming the anticancer effect of the drug.2.It was found that the glutathione glutamate conjugate sodium salt inhibits the expression of p-AKT protein by up-regulating PTEN expression,thereby inhibiting the PI3K/AKT pathway and inhibiting cell growth.3.It was first discovered that low expression level of FUBP1 can inhibit the expression of p-AKT protein by up-regulating PTEN expression in non-small cell lung cancer,thereby inhibiting PI3K/AKT pathway and inhibiting cell growth. |
