Objective: To investigate the value of real-time shear wave elastography(SWE)combined with ultrasound(US)in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods: from May 2019 to September 2019,35 patients with thyroid nodule were selected from the A total of 80 nodules,age of(47.89 ± 8.789)years,were obtained by shear wave elastography in the ultrasound department,and their young’s modulus was graded by ti-rads.According to the gold standard of the final operation results or puncture results,the examinees can be divided into two groups,one is benign,the other is malignant.The diagnosis value of conventional ultrasound and conventional ultrasound combined with shear wave elastography in distinguishing benign and malignant thyroid nodules can be compared separately.Results: the diagnostic efficacy of conventional ultrasound and conventional ultrasound combined with shear wave elastography in benign and malignant thyroid nodules was 96.77% in swe + us,SPE 83.67%,PV + 78.94%,pv-97.62%,LR + 5.93%,lr-0.04%,accuracy 88.7%.Sen 78.57%,SPE 82.8%,PV + 76.8%,pv-78.57%,LR + 5.91%,lr-0.24%,accuracy 82.5% of us were used alone.The index of swe + US was higher than that of us alone(P<0.05).Conclusion: the combined use of the two methods can improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
