Correlation Between Sd-ldl And Coronary Artery Stenosis In Elderly Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: To explore the correlation between serum levels of small density low dense lipoprotein(sd-ldl)and coronary artery disease and coronary stenosis in elderly patients,in order to provide reference value for judging the severity,treatment and prognosis of coronary heart disease in the elderly.Methods: From December 2018 to October 2019,151 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were admitted to the department of cardiology,the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,including 55 cases of stable angina pectoris(SAP),51 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UAP)and 45 cases of acute myocardial infarction group(AMI).In addition,57 healthy subjects were selected as the control group,sd-ldl and related lipid indexes were measured and compared in each group.Analysis of risk factors of coronary heart disease using binary Logistic regression analysis.The degree of coronary artery stenosis was evaluated by GENSINI scoring method,and the correlation between sd-ldl and GENSINI scores was analyzed.Resluts: sd-ldl、apo A1、apo B、Lpa were all risk factors for coronary heart disease(OR>1,P<0.05),among which the binary Logistic regression analysis coefficient of sd-LDL and coronary heart disease was1.784,OR=1.168.The plasma apo A1 level of patients with coronary heart disease group was significantly lower than that of control group,while the sd-ldl,apo B,Lpa level was significantly higher than in control group(P<0.05).The levels of apo B,sd-ldl and Lpa in UAP group and AMI group were significantly higher than those in SAP group,and the levels of AMI group were significantly higher than those in UAP group(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between sd-ldl and GENSINI score of coronary stenosis in SAP group and UAP group,and the Pearson correlation analysis coefficient r value was 0.73 and 0.66,respectively.The correlation between sd-ldl and GENSINI score of coronary stenosis in AMI group was weak,with the correlation coefficient r=0.33,P<0.05.Conclusion: sd-ldl is one of the important risk factors for coronary heart disease in the elderly.Sd-ldl is of great significance to judge the severity of coronary heart disease.The sd-ldl of SAP and UAP patients was positively correlated with GENSINI score,and the correlation between them in AMI patients was weak,which may be a potential reference index to judge the degree of coronary stenosis.
