Objective:The six-minute walking test was compared with lung function-related indicators to evaluate its clinical application value in connective tissue disease-related interstitial lung disease(CTD-ILD).Methods:100 patients with CTD who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected,50 patients with CTD-ILD were used as the case group, and 50 patients with CTD were used as the control group. The six-minute walking test, lung function and MMRC dyspnea score were performed in each group, and the relationship between the six-minute walking distance, blood oxygen saturation decline score, and pulmonary function and MMRC dyspnea score were compared between the two groups.Results:6MWDof the CTD-ILD group and the CTD group were: 337.69 ± 45.85 m,422.54 ± 43.03 m,the blood oxygen saturation reduction scores were: 8.39 ± 3.19%,7.19± 2.64%,and MMRC were: 1.82 ± 1.12,0.22 ± 0.42,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05).(2)The six-minute walking distance was positively correlated with the carbon monoxide diffusion volume as a percentage of the predicted value, and the carbon monoxide diffusion volume per liter of alveolar ventilation was positively correlated with the percentage of the estimated value(r was 0.776,0.778,P<0.05),and was negatively correlated with the dyspnea score(r was-0.656,P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a good correlation between the six-minute walk test and the percentage of carbon monoxide diffusion, and the percentage of carbon monoxide diffusion per liter of alveolar ventilation per cent of the estimated value, which can reflect the degree of lung function damage to a certain extent. To provide a reference for comprehensive assessment of the patient’s condition and prognosis.
