Objective: Retrospective analysis of clinical data of children with non-hodgkin’s lymphoma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,to understand its clinical characteristics and prognostic idicators,so as to provide a reference basis for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of children with non-hodgkin’s lymphoma. Methods: 1)Data and analysis indicators: the clinical data of 44 children with non-hodgkin’s lymphoma who were admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university on December 31,2014 were collected, and the clinical characteristics of children with non-hodgkin lymphoma were summarized and analyzed. And 44 cases of both the data complete telephone follow-up survival after the treatment,5 years survival rate in 5 years accumulated event and cumulative survival rate, and according to the factors that may affect the prognosis,to better guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment, improve the prognosis of children, improve their overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate.2)SPSS21.0 was used in the statistical analysis software.Log rank test were used for single-factor survival analysis, and Cox regression was used for multivariate survival analysis.P<0.05 was defined as statistically significant difference. Results: 1)Inpatients with non-hodgkin ’s lymphoma from 2014 to 2019,the numbers were 5 cases of lymphoblastoma,7cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,13 cases of anaplastic large B-cell lymphoma,21 cases of Burkitt’s lymphoma, and 1 case of untyped;2)The male to female ratio was 4.5: 1,and the median age of onset was 8.1(0.9-13.9)years;3)The 5-year cumulative event-free survival rate of 44 children was 62.7%,the 5-year cumulative survival rate 87.8%;4)Univariate and multivariate analysis of lactate dehydroase ≥2 times the upper limit of the normal range(P=0.015)and central nervous system involvement and the value-added aigetin Ki67≥20%are poor prognosis.Factors(P=0.002),while gender, age, liver and spleen involvement, bone marrow involvement, giant tumor lesion, advanced disease, and immunotyping all had no survival raresound. Conclusion: Central nervous system involvement, lactate dehydrogenase ≥2 times the upper limit of the normal range,value-added antigen Ki67≥20%are risk factors affecting prognosis.
