| Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil in children undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods: From January 2019 to November 2019,180 children who underwent fiberbronchoscopy in the pediatric intensive care unit of our hospital were selected for a double-blind randomized controlled trial. The subjects were divided into three groups: control group A: midazolam combined with sufentanil(n=56),experimental group B: propofol combined with sufentanil(n=61),experimental group C right metomidine combined with sufentanil(n=63).Analysis of the three groups of basic clinical data, intraoperative observation of the average arterial pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and respiratory rate hemodynamic changes, compared with the three operation time,wake-up time, adverse events, sedation degree were statistically different. Results: The age, sex, weight,BMI,height, initial diagnosis and basic clinical data of complications of the three groups were compared, the results showed that there was no statistical significance in the three groups(P>0.05);the differences of heart rate, respiration, blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation among the three groups were compared, the results showed that there was no statistical significance in heart rate, blood pressure, respiration and blood oxygen saturation at the beginning and end of the three groups There was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05)after anesthesia, arrival at carina and 5 minutes of operation(P<0.05)There was significant difference in cough(P<0.05).The results showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil group was lower than that in the other two groups, and there was statistical difference between the three groups(P<0.05).The results showed that there was no statistical difference in the sedation degree of Ramsay between the three groups at the beginning(P>0.05),but there was statistical difference at the end of the operation(P<0.05);compared the operation time and recovery time of the three groups, the results showed that there was statistical difference in the operation time and recovery time of the three groups(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups showed that the operation time and recovery time of dexmedetomidine were statistically different(P<0.05)The recovery time was shorter than the other two groups.Conlusion: Dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil has the advantages of good overall sedation, short recovery time and operation time, less adverse reactions during operation, and high effectiveness and safety, which is worthy of clinical application. |
