Evaluation Of Quality Of Life And Efficacy Of Fuzheng Anti-cancer Cream Prescription Combined With EGFR(+) First-generation Targeted Therapy For Lung Cancer

Bjective: Objective evaluation of fuzheng anticancer ointment in EGFR(+)first-generation targeted therapy for lung cancer can improve the quality of life of patients,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and explain that fuzheng anti-cancer ointment can reduce the toxic and side effects of targeted drugs.Methods:According to the patients’ willingness,the 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study were divided into two groups: the treatment group was given "fuzheng anti-cancer ointment" +EGFR(+)first-generation targeted drug therapy for lung cancer;The control group was treated with EGFR(+)alone.After 8 weeks of treatment,the changes of patients’ quality of life score,clinical symptom score and tumor markers from baseline were observed.Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of relevant baseline(P>0.05).(1)The study found that the quality of life score in the fatigue,loss of appetite,diarrhea,shortness of breath,and insomnia treatment group improved after treatment compared with before treatment,while the control group had shortness of breath,insomnia improved before treatment,and fatigue,loss of appetite,and diarrhea There was no obvious improvement,the difference between the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than the difference between the control group after treatment,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05).(2)In terms of clinical symptoms,the effective rate was 76.67% in the treatment group and 53.33% in the control group.There was a statistical difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),and the effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Clinical symptom scores: symptoms of cough,expectoration,shortness of breath,chest tightness,mental fatigue,and loss of appetite were significantly relieved after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).(3)there were statistically significant differences between CEA and SCC in tumor markers(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between CA125 and CyFRA211(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng anticancer cream prescription combined with EGFR(+)first-generation targeted drugs for lung cancer can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,reduce their clinical symptoms,and has the effect of reducing the toxic and side effects of targeted drugs.
