| Objective: To observe the effect of Guzhizengsheng Wan on the improvement of the symptoms of low back pain and the quality of life after PVP for thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:After signing the informed consent form,all 60 subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The patients in the experimental group were given zoledronic acid by intravenous drip on the third day after operation and Guzhizengsheng Wa on the third day after operation;the patients in the control group were only given zoledronic acid by intravenous drip on the third day after operation,and the specific use method was the same as that in the experimental group.The VAS and ODI scores of the patients were recorded at each time point.Results:The VAS and ODI scores of the test group and the control group before operation,3 days after operation,1 month after operation and 3 months after operation were measured by repeated ANOVA.The results showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001)within the group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)between the groups;the difference was statistically significant(P > 0.05)between the interactive groups.The results showed that the pain degree,activity function and quality of life of the patients in the two groups changed with time,and the change trend of VAS and ODI scores in the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:The effect of zoledronic acid combined with GuzhizengshengWan on PVP of OVCF patients is better than that of zoledronic acid alone.The preliminary conclusion is that GuzhizengshengWan is beneficial to the patients with PVP after OVCF to relieve the postoperative residual back pain,recover the patients’ activity function,and improve the patients’ quality of life. |
