The Resources And Quality Evalution Of Chinese Medicine Mutouhui

Objective:1.To understand the geographical distribution of Patrinia heterphylla Bunge and P.rupestris(Pall.)Juss.Subsp.Scabra(Bunge)H.J.Wang resources and the sales situation of herbal medicines in major professional herbal medicine markets in China.2.Accurate and systematic identification of medicinal materials and their adulterants.3.Evaluation of the quality of the tombs sold in the market.4.Establish the fingerprint of mutouhui.Methods:1.Through literature survey,big data query on the Internet and field investigation in Anhui,Jiangxi,Hubei and Henan provinces,the species and distribution of plant resources of Chinese herbal headstream were investigated.Through market visits,the sales of Chinese herbal medicine or decoction pieces in nine major Chinese herbal medicine markets in China were investigated.2.The samples collected in the field and market were identified by basic identification,character identification,micro character identification,micro identification and thin layer identification.3.The contents of 3 triterpenoids and 6 organic acids in the samples were determined by HPLC.4.HPLC was used to establish the fingerprint.5."Spss25.0 statistical software" and "2012 version of similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprint of Chinese medicine" were used to analyze the content determination results and fingerprint.Results:1.P.heterphylla is widely distributed in Dabie Mountain Area and southern Anhui mountain area,and its plants are tall and tall,which are distributed near the shrubs,rock walls and stone joints of roadbed at an altitude of 350-1100 m;P.scabra is mainly produced in Funiu Mountain Area of Henan Province,which is distributed in the grass and roadside of dry sunny slope at an altitude of 200-500 m;the same five species of plants are often crossdistributed and easily confused with it.2.Hebei Anguo,Anhui Bozhou,Henan Yuzhou,Sichuan Hehuachi,Chongqing Jiefang Road,Jiangxi Zhangshu,Hubei Qichun,Xi’an Tiansheng,Guangzhou Qingping nine major markets of traditional Chinese medicine,the rest eight markets have all,but only a few cold back medicine shops have been sold;except for Chongqing Jiefang Road,the market price is higher,the other market prices are lower than 60 yuan / kg,and the lowest prices at the place of origin,medium prices in markets close to the place of origin and highest prices in markets far from the place of origin.3.P.scabra and P.heterophylla have good specificity under the identification of morphology,character,micro character,microscope and TLC,and can be effectively distinguished by their characteristics;all 18 batches of samples collected in each market are identified as P.scabra.4.Both triterpenoids and organic acids in the roots of P.heterophylla were higher than those in the ground.The contents of triterpenoids in the ground of P.scabra were higher than those in the roots,the contents of organic acids in the roots of P.scabra were not different from those in the ground.And the contents of the two components in the roots of P.heterophylla were higher than those in the roots of P.scabra.5.The fingerprints of P.scabra and P.heterophylla are quite different.The common pattern of their fingerprints was established and five peaks were identified.Conclusion:1.The geographical distribution of P.heterophylla is wider than that of P.scabra,and there is no distribution of P.scabra in the south of Henan Province.The resources of P.heterophylla are not concentrated and the yield is low,and the difficulty of mining is much greater than that of P.scabra.The quality of the medicinal materials and pieces of medicinal materials of the mutouhui are poor,and the non medicinal parts of all batches of samples exceed the standard and are doped with impurities.At present,most of the mutouhui on the market are P.scabra.2.The content of triterpenoids and organic acids in the root of P.heterophylla was higher than that in the root of P.scabra,the content of mutouhui in the market is the lowest.The quality of P.heterophylla root is the best,followed by P.scabra root,and the quality of the market mutouhui is the worst.3.Although the content of components in the above ground part of P.heterophylla is relatively lower than that in the root,but its yield is larger and it is conducive to the protection of resources.Therefore,whether the aboveground part of P.heterophylla can be used as a substitute for the roots needs further study.The aboveground part of P.scabra has a higher content,so it is suggested that the aboveground part and the root of P.scabra should be treated equally.4.The results of comparative fingerprint analysis showed that there were significant differences between P.scabra roots and aboveground part,and have significant difference between P.scabra roots and P.heterophylla roots.
