Jiaweizeqitang Combined With NP Regimenon The Clinical Eficacy Of Ⅳ Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:This project will focus on the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with modified Zeqi decoction combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone,and observe and compare the short-term efficacy,clinical symptoms,improvement of quality of life,and toxic and side effects after chemotherapy.To provide a strong theoretical basis and reliable clinical guidance for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine and complementary treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods : The method of random control was used,,80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.There were 40 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group.Treatment method: the control group was treated with chemotherapy alone,chemotherapy program: vinorelbine combined with cisplatin,21 days as a cycle,chemotherapy 2 cycles to evaluate the efficacy;the treatment group was treated with modified Zeqi Decoction on the basis of chemotherapy,the chemotherapy program was the same as the control group,after 2 cycles,the two groups were evaluated in recent objective efficacy,clinical symptoms,quality of life after chemotherapy,toxicity and side effects after chemotherapy and other indicators.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,gender,smoking status,pathological type of lung cancer,TCM symptom score,KPS score between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of short-term objective effects: 38 patients in the treatment group,including 9 patients without complete remission,22 patients with partial remission,7patients with progress,and the effective rate is 23.68%;37 patients in the control group,7patients without complete remission,20 patients with partial remission,and 10 patients with progress,and the effective rate is 18.92%.The difference between the two groups is not statistically significant(P > 0.05),which shows that the two treatment methods are in There was no significant difference in solid tumor reduction.3.Comparison of TCM symptoms: the total effective rate of 38 patients in the treatment group was 86.84%;the total effective rate of 37 patients in the control group was67.57%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM clinical symptoms.4.Comparison of quality of life score: the improvement rate of KPS score in the treatment group was 52.6%;the improvement rate of KPS score in the control group was26.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P.5.Comparison of side effects after chemotherapy: there was significant difference in the incidence of leucopenia,anemia,thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).But in the aspect of liver and kidney function,P > 0.05,there was no statistical difference between the two groups.In conclusion,the side effects of chemotherapy in the treatment group were smaller than that in the control group.Conclusion: Jiaweizeqi decoction combined with NP chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer of lung depression and phlegm stasis type.Although the two treatment methods can not significantly improve the solid tumor size,they are superior in improving TCM symptoms,improving the quality of life and reducing the toxic and side effects after chemotherapy than the chemotherapy alone group.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice and benefiting more patients.
