Clinical Observation And The Effect On EGF And EGFR On The Prevention And Treatment Of The Recurrence Of Duodenal Bulbar Ulcer Of Deficiency Cold Of Spleen And Stomach Type According To The Theory Of Winter Diseases Treated In Summer

Objective:The clinical comparative study of wenweitie acupoint in preventing and treating of the recurrence of duodenal bulbar ulcer with deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach type according to the theory of winter diseases in summer,to explore the mechanism of the treatment to prevent and treat the disease,to analyze the relationship between EGF、EGFR and ulcer recurrence by analyzing the Chinese medical symptom scores of two groups,and detecting the express of EGF and EGFR.Methods:Fifty patients with duodenal bulbar ulcer S2 phase with deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach type were randomly divided into control group(25 cases)and treatment group(25 cases).It was a control group that was treated with conventional western medicine maintenance treatment,and the treatment group had a wenweitie acupoint application on the base of the control group.Continuous treatment for 6 weeks was one course of treatment.Two groups were followed after the treatment for 6 months.We recorded the Chinese medical symptom scores of two groups before and after the treatment,the third months and the sixth months after the treatment,and analyzed and compared the data.Each patient of two groups made the gastroscopy again after the treatment six months later or the time of duodenal bulbar ulcer recurring.Then we observed the recurrence of ulcer under gastroscope and detected the express of EGF and EGFR from pathological tissue of duodenal.SPSS23.0 was used to analyze the data of the two groups,and to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the content changes of EGF and EGFR before the treatment and after the treatment for 6 months.Results:(1)TCM symptoms:The total TCM symptoms in both groups were significantly improved after the treatment and prevented sixth months after treatment,and there was a significant difference(P<0.01).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving TCM symptoms and preventing recurrence of symptoms(P<0.01).The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in improving TCM symptoms and preventing recurrence of the symptoms such as fear of cold and lack of warmth in the limbs(P<0.01).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving TCM symptoms and preventing recurrence of the symptoms such as abdominal distention,epigastric Pain and loss of appetite(P<0.05).The treatment group was no statistical difference to the control group in improvingTCM symptoms and preventing recurrence of the symptoms such as sloppy stool,belching and fatigue(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that in the control group after the treatment,the third months and the sixth months after the treatment(P<0.05).(2)Recurrence rate:The ulcer recurrence rate of treatment group(8%)was lower than that in the control group(32%),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)The express of EGF and EGFR:The both groups increased the express of EGF and EGFR from pathological tissue of duodenal obviously.The treatment group was superior to the control group in increasing the express of EGF and EGFR the sixth months after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:It has a significant clinical effect for wenweitie acupoint in preventing and treating of the recurrence of duodenal bulbar ulcer with deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach type according to the theory of winter diseases in summer,the mechanism of the treatment to prevent and treat the disease and the rate of reducing ulcer recurrence maybe promote the the express of EGF and EGFR,and promote the healing of duodenal mucosa and enhance the defense function of mucosa.
