Objective: This topic mainly adopts H-B facial nerve function grading scales as the evaluation of the objective index of facial paralysis, observation acupuncture with thunder fire moxibustion acute interention with dormant state intervention in patients with facial paralysis clinical curative effect and the effect of using infrared thermal imaging technology to observe different treatment on facial paralysis patients involved in health,in the case of a change of temperature difference for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of facial paralysis in time to provide powerful basis and treatment. Methods: A total of 66 patients with facial paralysis(windchill)in outpatient and inpatient departments of acupuncture department of affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion with thunder fire at the static stage.Infrared thermal imaging instrument was used to observe the temperature differences in the side of the patients with facial paralysis before,8 days,15 days and after treatment in the two groups, and h-b facial nerve function grading scale was used to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients with facial paralysis. Results: 1.The total effective rate was 96.97% in the treatment group and 87.88% in the control group. The results of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.By comparison within the group,h-b facial nerve function grading and temperature difference between the two groups were improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).However,compared with the control group,h-b facial nerve function grading and temperature difference on the healthy side of the face began to show certain differences on day 8,day 15 and after treatment(P < 0.05).3.The treatment time was 21.45±3.99 days in the treatment group and 26.09±2.08 days in the control group. The comparison of the treatment time between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The clinical efficacy of acute stage interventional acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of facial paralysis(wind-chill type)is better than that of static stage interventional therapy.2.Both of the two treatment methods can change the functional grade of h-b facial nerve and the temperature difference between the healthy and affected sides, but the changes are more obvious in the acute stage than in the static stage. The decrease of temperature difference on the healthy side can accelerate the recovery of facial nerve function in patients with facial paralysis.3.The time needed for acupuncture and moxibustion in the acute stage is shorter than that in the static stage.
