| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of baijin pingchuan granule in the treatment of children with asthma attack(hot asthma).Methods: A total of 60 cases of outpatient children were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received oral infusion of platinum antiasthmatic granule,and the control group received oral liquid of infantile dingchuan.Both groups received 1 week as a course of treatment,generally 1 to 2 courses of treatment,followed up for half a year.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,among which 14 cases were cured(46.67%).Significant effect was observed in 9 cases(30.00%).Effective in 5 cases(16.67%);2 cases(6.67%)were invalid.The total effective rate of the control group was 90.00%,among which 9 cases were cured(30.00%).15 cases(50.00%)showed significant effect.3 cases(10.00%);Three cases(10.00%)were found to be less than 0.05,indicating that the treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.During the experiment,no significant adverse reactions were observed in the treatment group and the control group.Therefore,it can be considered that platinum pingchuan granule is safe and effective in treating children with asthma.Conclusion: Platinum pingchuan granule is a safe and effective drug in treating children with asthma attack(heat asthma)without obvious adverse reactions and side effects. |
