Purpose:This research based on the use of Chinese medicine, the combination of McKenzie neck function exercises,Research on patients with Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).By observing the patient’s neck pain and improving the quality of daily life, the effects were evaluated.Through analysis and intervention, explore new ways to effectively reduce neck pain in patients with CSR,Enrich the various applications of traditional medicine, and provide new nursing methods for patients with clinical spondylosis.Method: According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, and exclusion criteria,a random grouping method is used.A total of 110 patients who were diagnosed as CSR by clinical diagnosis of pain surgery in a hospital from December 2018 to August 2019 were collected.Use the draw lots method to randomly divide them into two groups,55 cases of General care + traditional therapy group,55 cases of routine nursing + slump + McKenzie training group,All patients were given unified treatment and nursing,Including patients’ comprehensive assessment, observation of symptoms, posture care, emotional care and guidance.Based on the above nursing, the control group used traditional Chinese medicine to intervene,And the intervention group intervened on the basis of using traditional Chinese medicine while cooperating with McKenzie neck function training method.6-8 groups each time, once a day for a total of 2 courses(14 days).Use Visual Analogue Scale,Northwick Park and the MOS item short from health survey as a basis for judgment.Patients in the two groups were assessed for VAS and NPQ at 7 and 14 days of intervention. The SF-36 evaluation method is to evaluate the two groups of patients before and 1 month after the intervention.Data analysis was performed using SPSS24.0.The difference was statistically significant at P <0.05.Result:1.First compare the data of the two groups of patients.Including gender, age, sedentary time, smoking, drinking, education background.Second, compare the effect basis requiredbefore the intervention.Including NPQ,VAS,SF-36 and other scales before intervention.results show no different in baseline before intervention between the two groups of patients,Comparable(P>0.05).2.VAS,NPQ comparison results:When completing seven and fourteen days of intervention.Comparison of VAS and NPQ in two groups of patients.Comparison results within the group:During 7 days of intervention and 14 of intervention, the VAS and NPQ content of the two groups of patients decreased in both groups. The difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05),Explain that both methods have an effect on patients.Comparisons between groups indicate that,In 7 and 14 day interventions,The effect of VAS and NPQ in the intervention group was better than that in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3,SF-36 comparison results:One month after treatment ends,Evaluation of patients with SF-36.Intra-group comparison of two groups of patients. Results show improvement in quality of life for both groups of patients after treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But their comparison between groups shows,Patients in the intervention group were better than those in the control group,Statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Comparison of Nursing + Traditional Therapy Group with Nursing + Traditional Therapy + McKenzie Group,Both can alleviate neck pain in patients with CSR,improve neck motor function, and improve quality of life.2.Compared with Nursing + Traditional Therapy,Traditional Therapy + McKenzie has a better effect on reducing pain and improving quality of life in patients with CSR.
