| Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Shengji Ruanjian Mixture fumigation and washing combined with TDP irradiation on common clinical symptoms after operation of damp-heat downward flow anal fistula,collect relevant data indexes and make statistical analysis to objectively evaluate its clinical efficacy,so as to find an effective method with distinct Chinese medicine characteristics,high clinical effect,simplicity,convenience and high safety for the recovery of wound surface of patients after operation of anal fistula.Methods:Our research group selected 90 patients with anal fistula of damp-heat downward flow as clinical research objects.All the patients were from the anorectal department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to October 2019.After operation,the wound was open,i.e.secondary healing.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group,control group A and control group B with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was fumigated and bathed with Shengji Ruanjian Mixture once a day for 25-30 minutes after defecation every morning,and treated with TDP microwave irradiation twice a day for 30 minutes after conventional wound dressing change.The control group A was treated with Shengji Ruanjian Mixture fumigation and sitz bath once a day for 25-30 minutes after defecation in the morning,and was bedridden after conventional wound dressing change.Control group A was treated with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution fumigation and hip bath once a day for 25-30 minutes after defecation every morning,and TDP microwave irradiation twice a day for 30 minutes after conventional wound dressing change.After treatment,the wound pain score,wound exudate score,wound healing time and wound healing percentage rate of the three groups of patients were counted respectively,and the corresponding time after operation were evaluated and compared.To compare and analyze the improvement of common clinical symptoms and the difference of curative effect among the three groups of patients.Conclusion : There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,area of wound and degree of pain in the first day after operation between the experimental group,the control group A and the control group B before treatment(P > 0.05).After a period of treatment,in the aspect of wound pain score and exudation score,on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation,the experimental group was compared with the control group A,with significant difference(P < 0.05).The experimental group was compared with the control group B,with significant difference(P < 0.05).The degree of wound pain and exudation in the experimental group were significantly reduced compared with the control group A and the control group B.In terms of wound healing time,the average healing time of the experimental group was 20.73 ± 3.46 days,and that of the control group was 26.13 ± 4 days.34 days,the control group B was 25.17± 4.On the 31 st day,t-test was carried out in the experimental group and the control group respectively(P < 0.05).The healing rate of the wound surface of the experimental group was compared with that of the control group A and the control group B on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after the operation,and there was significant difference(P < 0.05)by t-test.Two months later,the treatment effect of the three groups was revisited.The total clinical treatment efficiency of the experimental group,the control group A and the control group B was 100%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups by chi square test(P >0.05).Conclusion: the combination of fumigating and washing of Shengji ruanjiangji and TDP microwave irradiation can reduce the pain of wounds,improve the local blood circulation,promote the growth of granulation tissue,reduce the secretion of wounds,improve the rate of wounds,shorten the healing time of wounds and improve the quality of life of patients after operation.In addition,no allergic reaction was found in clinical application.The drug is cheap,easy to operate and easy to accept by patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
