Clinical Study Of Jianpi Yangxue Formula In The Chemotherapy Of Gastric Cancer

Objective:Through the clinical observation of the effect of Jianpi Yangxue formula on the symptoms and laboratory indexes of the patients with spleen deficiency and blood deficiency syndrome in gastric cancer chemotherapy,the curative effect was evaluated,so as to provide reference for Jianpi Yangxue formula to become an effective means to treat the patients with spleen deficiency and blood deficiency syndrome in gastric cancer chemotherapy.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,64 cases of gastric cancer with spleen deficiency and blood deficiency syndrome treated by the Department of Oncology Department of Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table.The control group was treated with routine chemotherapy,liver protection,stomach protection and antiemetic treatment.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Yangxue Decoction at the same time of routine chemotherapy,liver protection,stomach protection and antiemetic treatment.Routine chemotherapy,liver protection,stomach protection,antiemetic and other symptomatic treatment were the same as the control group.Jianpi Yangxue Decoction: Radix Pseudostellariae15 g,stir fried Rhizoma Atractylodis 15 g,Poria 15 g,earthworm 15 g,Rhizoma Pinelliae 10 g,longan meat 6G,prepared rehmannia 15 g,wolfberry 15 g,Amomum 10 g,Phellodendron 10 g,liquorice 10 g,tianmendong 15 g,Sanling 10 g,Curcuma 10 g.Take one dose every day,decoct 300m1 decoction,take it separately in the morning and in the evening,take orally traditional Chinese medicine at the beginning of the first cycle,until 3 weeks after the end of the last chemotherapy.Considering the clinical situation,the chemotherapy patients may have adverse reactions of nausea and vomiting,but the taste of traditional Chinese medicine is not good,which may aggravate the patients’ nausea and vomiting discomfort.Therefore,the patients are allowed to suspend taking traditional Chinese medicine for 3-5 days if they have discomfort during each chemotherapy.The TCM syndrome score,ECoG score,three blood systems,tumor markers,short-term efficacy,chemotherapy toxicity and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results There were 2 cases in the control group and 3 cases in the observation group.59 cases were included in the final study,including 29 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.There was no statistical difference between the observation group and the control group,so the two groups could be used as comparison.After two cycles of treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the clinical efficiency of TCM symptoms improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The score of epigastralgia in the observation group(1.28 ± 0.455)was better than that in the control group(1.67 ± 0.479),P < 0.05;the scoreof abdominal distention after eating in the observation group(1.28± 0.455)was better than that in the control group(1.60 ± 0.498),P < 0.05;the score of abnormal stool in the observation group(1.31± 0.471)was better than that in the control group(1.67 ± 0.479),P < 0.05;the score of eating less and staying in the observation group(1.45 ± 0.506)Compared with the control group(1.73 ±0.450),P < 0.05;compared with the scores of mental fatigue and laziness,the observation group(1.28 ± 0.455)was better than the control group(1.60 ± 0.498),P < 0.05;compared with the pale and yellow complexion scores,the observation group(1.10 ± 0.310)was better than the control group(1.37 ± 0.490),P < 0.05;there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)。Compared with the ECoG score,the observation group(1.31 ± 0.47)was better than the control group(1.63 ± 0.55),P < 0.05;during the treatment process,there were adverse reactions in the two groups,and there were statistical differences between the two groups in the incidence of blood three system abnormalities,gastrointestinal reactions,peripheral neurotoxicity(P < 0.05),and the incidence of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;after two months of treatment,the incidence of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group Tumor markers were significantly reduced,and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05);after four cycles of treatment,the short-term efficacy of the two groups compared,the observation group RR was better than the control group,P < 0.05,the observation group DCR and the control group had no statistical difference,P > 0.05.Conclusion Jianpi Yangxue formula can improve the total effectiveness and quality of life of patients with chemotherapy for gastric cancer,improve the adverse reactions of patients during chemotherapy,and play a role in enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity.
