Objective:This study researches the related literatures of Ulcerative colitis(UC)with mixed cold and heat in recent years,and summarizes the research progress,treatment rules and medication rules,so as to have a more comprehensive and objective understanding of this syndrome type.Method:This research is based on collecting and sorting the cases of cold and heat mixed UC by famous old doctors of TCM,establishing the database of medical records an summarizing medication information in order to classification,summary and analysis of each drug in the medical record database.In accordance with the efficacy,four qi,five flavors,meridians and other aspects,the application of frequency and clustering statistical analysis,and then according to the discussion of traditional Chinese medicine,to explore the modern famous Chinese medicine treatment of cold and heat mixed UC drug characteristics,drug law.Conclusion:1.The core drugs for treating cold and heat mixed UC are rhizoma coptidis,licorice,white atractylodes rhizome,dangshen,radix paeoniae alba and other 23drugs,among which rhizoma coptidis is the most frequently used drug.2.In the treatment of mixed cold and heat type UC,temperature and bitter taste are the main properties and tastes of the treatment drugs,and spleen meridian is the main channel.3.In the treatment of mixed cold and heat type UC,the drugs were mainly tonic drugs,and qi tonic drugs accounted for the highest frequency.4.By the clustering analysis of eight treatment was not commonly used type of UC mixed drug combination or single herbs,analyzes its formula principle and the modern pharmacology research,conforms to the pathogenesis of the disease.
