Study On The Effect Of Family Doctor Contract Service In Ji’nan Under The Hierarchical Medical System

With the advancement of society and the publicity of health knowledge,the demand for medical care and health management of the residents has grown rapidly.As an important guarantee mechanism of the hierarchical medical system,carrying out family doctor contract service is an important way to promote the transformation of basic medical and health service mode and improve the timeliness and effectiveness of service.It is also an important way to maintain and promote residents’ health.How to strengthen the management of community-level medical and health institutions and family doctor teams,and better play the role of family doctors as "gatekeepers" of residents’ health has become a topic worthy of study and discussion in practice.Based on the background of the implementation of the hierarchical medical system,this article takes family doctor contract service in Ji’nan as the research object,and studies the implementation of Ji’nan family doctor contract service by carrying out documents collection,theoretical research,questionnaire survey,data analysis,field research,personnel interview and other research methods.This article believes that Ji’nan’s family doctors contract service has standardized operation,wide coverage,and high signing rate and high degree of satisfaction.However,there are also problems such as imperfect government support policies,lack of family doctor talents,and weak residents’ sense of gain.The main reasons are that the government has not played a leading role in policy formulation,family doctors have weak career attraction,and contract service is not effective.This article recommends that improving the family doctors contract service in Ji’nan requires improving the level of standardized operations,enhancing the family doctor’s occupational attraction,and promoting the quality and efficiency of family doctor contract service.
