| Objective:Based on the innovation ecosystem theory,stakeholder theory and holism theory,this study focuses on the model of ’intelligent family doctor’ and attempts to construct the innovation ecosystem of intelligent family doctor model,analyze the theoretical mechanism of system operation,and point out the broad prospect of its future development.And through the ecosystem stimulation,verify that if the system have the recyclability,explore system operation law of development,study the relationship between subject population,and by analyzing the characteristics of population development in the future to carry out the content of the intelligent home doctor model needed to strengthen,so as to provide basic policy reference for the smart family doctor construction.Methods:Through literature analysis to build intelligent home doctor mode innovation ecosystem theory frame,on this basis,the conceptual model of the system is obtained based on the semi-structured interview and rooted theory of triple decoding analysis,finally according to the theory of innovation ecosystem,the theory of stakeholder theory,on the basis of the conceptual model to construct the theoretical model of intelligent home doctor mode innovation ecosystem.According to the established theoretical model,Vensim_ple software was used to create the system dynamics model of the intelligent home-doctor model innovation ecosystem,and the empirical data from 2016 to 2019 were substituted into the analysis to simulate the operating trend of the system from 2017 to 2026.Results:(1)This study found that the innovation ecosystem of smart family doctor mainly includes five main bodies:government,market,smart enterprise,family doctor team and patients,among which the government and market are the ecological environment of the system,providing natural nutrients for the system and promoting institutional and industrial innovation through policy factors and market drivers.Smart innovation enterprises and family doctor teams are the innovation subjects of the system,and the relationship between them is mutually beneficial and symbiotic.Smart innovation enterprises,as producers,deliver smart innovative technologies and products to family doctor teams,while family doctor teams,as consumers,apply teehnologies and products to the innovation of service mode.Patients are the ultimate users of innovative results.As system decomposer,they return the use of products and services to the environment and promote a new round of system operation.(2)The innovation ecosystem of smart family doctor model mainly has the characteristics of positive circulation,complex diversity,interactive regulation and replicability.Promote the flow of energy,matter and information in the system through innovative resource flow mechanism,collaborative and mutually beneficial development mechanism and diversified cooperation feedback mechanism Promote the system to achieve the goal of profit maximization,and maintain the self-sustainable development of the system.(3)In the empirical study,this study assumes that Beijing has basically reached the primary development stage of the intelligent family medicine model innovation ecosystem,and simulates its operation from 2017 to 2026.It was found that the development of the system had the characteristics of first slow and then fast,the population of intellectual enterprises and family doctors showed a tendency of scale expansion in the initial stage,the population of patients showed a tendency of decreasing first and increasing later,the growth rate and innovation rate of intellectual enterprises and the service rate of family doctors were all sensitive factors of the system.Conclusion:(1)Intelligent family doctor model innovation ecosystem is a complex system.Taking Beijing as an example,the development of the system is characterized by slow development before fast development.Smart enterprise and family doctor team in the system are the core population of system innovation,and patients are the ultimate beneficiaries of system innovation and the dynamic source of system innovation.(2)Through the innovation chain,the innovation ecosystem of smart family medicine model generates a series of linkage reactions,such as higher service efficiency of family doctor team,higher population concentration of smart innovation enterprises,higher innovation efficiency,and greater total innovation achievements etc.(3)The integration of smart innovative technology and family doctor service should be strengthened,and the family doctor service based on the innovative ecosystem model of smart family doctor model should be developed.Also,to promote the formation of intelligent enterprises into industrial clusters,improve the innovation ability of intelligent enterprises,so as to speed up the early development of the system.Last but not least,build a professional working team of family doctors,focus on improving the service capacity of signing contracts,so as to optimize the system structure,etc.In order to jointly promote the steady development of the work of grassroots family doctors. |
