Based On The Theory Of "Collateral Disease",the Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cerebral Infarction Convalescent Hemiplegia Mainly By Wire Embedding

Objective: this topic is based on the theory of "disease" to bury the line treatment of cerebral infarction convalescence hemiplegia,set up the basic treatment of western medicine as control group,by comparing the two kinds of therapy in the near future,the clinical curative effect,objective evaluation based on the theory of "disease" to stab winding and embedded wire clinical curative effect and safety of the treatment of cerebral infarction convalescence hemiplegia,provides the reference for the popularization and application of this treatment.Methods: 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.Treatment group on the basis of daily care and western medicine treatment to the embedded wire with stab winding spilled blood therapy(after first stab winding spilled blood buried lines),stab winding spilled blood: under the guidance of collaterals disease theory,12 well hole in patients with bilateral elbow and knee joints abnormal blood reflex point 1-3,take the same well hole for the first time,the second in the contralateral well hole,after disinfection with needles rapidly penetrate into 3 mm,every part extrusion diarrhea 5 drops of blood.For the ablution method of a is point at the elbow knee: take the abnormal blood collateral with bruises and exposure at the elbow knee.After routine disinfection at the distal end of the blood collateral,use the no.injection needle to quickly Pierce into 3mm and extrude 5 drops of blood at each part.After purging,wipe the blood and sterilize the pinhole;Spurs after winding outside the double side hong leong,pass,one side the brotherhood of yangming meridian: shoulder Yu,li 11,fu rabbit,foot three mile,liver yu,shen shu acupuncture point to bury a line,according to clinical syndrome differentiation type with hole.The treatment was performed once a week for 4 weeks.Control group: on the basis of routine nursing ascending western medicine basic treatment: to adjust blood pressure,anti-platelet drugs,lipid-lowering drugs.(1)lowering blood pressure: amlodipine benzene sulfonate tablets(Pfizer pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,the national drug approval word H20051407)usage: 1 tablet once a day,once a day,treatment for 4weeks for a course of treatment.(2)anti-platelet drugs: aspirin enteric-coated tablets(bayer healthcare co.,LTD.,national drug approval J20171021)usage:1 tablet once a day,once a day,treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment.Lipid-lowering drugs: atorvastatin calcium tablets(Pfizer pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,national drug approval word H20051407)usage: 1tablet once a day,once a day,treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment.Short-term efficacy was counted after treatment,and long-term efficacy was counted after follow-up 3 months after treatment.Barthel index score and the improved Ashworth spasm scale were used to analyze the collected data by statistical software SPSS22.0 to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:(1)two groups of patients before treatment of gender,age,course of statistical analysis and comparison,the Barthel index score,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),comparable.(2)after treatment,the total effective rates of the two groups were 90.0% and 63.3%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Barthel index score in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)follow-up: the total effective rates of the two groups were 90.0% and 63.3%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of Barthel index score,compared with that before treatment,the scores of both groups were higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with post-treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in follow-up scores in the treatment group(P > 0.05),and no statistically significant difference in follow-up scores in the control group(P>0.05).The follow-up scores of the treatment group were compared with those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)the treatment methods in both the treatment group and the control group are effective for the treatment of cerebral infarction convalescent hemiplegia;(2)both the short-term and long-term curative effects of the treatment group were better than those of the control group;(3)the treatment of hemiplegia in the convalescent period of cerebral infarction by means of puncture of collateral and embedding of wire can reduce the frequency of patients’ visit,save the treatment cost,and cause little trauma and stable curative effect.Therefore,it is worth popularizing to treat hemiplegia patients.
