| Objective To investigate the status of attention disorders in stroke patients, and analyze its main influent factors,so as to provide a basis for subsequent measures in stroke patients. Methods Using convenient sampling,408 stroke patients admitted to the Department of Neurology and the Department of Neurosurgery in a grade A class-three hospital in Tangshan,Hebei from September 1,2018 to September 30,2019 and meeting the inclusion criteria were selected as subjects. The stroke patients were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire by trained investigators, and their attention was evaluated by Schulte grid test.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was used to evaluate patients’ sleep quality.Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAD)was used to evaluate patients’ Anxiety and Depression. The Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Mo CA)was used to evaluate the Cognitive function of patients.A database was established for 392 valid questionnaires using Excel.Data statistics and analysis were done with SPSS 24.0.The measurement data were expressed as ± s,and the enumeration data as frequency and percentage. The influent factors ofattention disorders in stroke patients were analyzed using the t-test and one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA).The variables with statistical significance in univariate analysis as independent variables and the time of Schulte grid test as a dependent variable, and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted.P < 0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results(1)The results of univariate analysis showed that gender, age, educational level, place of residence, personal income, type of medical insurance, personality type, anxiety, depression, smoking, drinking, daily reading, physical exercise, cognitive impairment, limb dysfunction and abnormal cerebral blood flow perfusion were correlated with the occurrence of attention disorders in stroke patients(P < 0.05).(2)The mean duration in stroke patients was(52.55 ± 14.15)seconds by Schulte grid test. The incidence of attention deficit was 66.07%.(3)The results of multiple linear regression analysis revealed that male, old age,low educational level, low income, resident basic medical insurance, introversion, anxiety, depression, smoking, drinking,no daily reading,no physical exercise, cognitive impairment and limb dysfunction were the main influent factors of attention disorders in the stroke patients.Conclusion(1)Patients with stroke have a higher incidence of attention deficit.(2)The occurrence of their attention disorders is influenced by multiple factors, mainly including male, old age,low educational level, low income, resident basic medical insurance, introversion, anxiety, depression, smoking, drinking,no daily reading,no physical exercise, cognitive impairment and limb dysfunction. |
