objectiveTo understand the current situation of weight management behavior in patients with chronic heart failure, and to explore the influencing factors of weight management behavior in patients with chronic heart failure from the aspects of planning behavior theory, heart failure knowledge and positive and negative emotions,so as to provide reference for the future intervention of weight management in patients with chronic heart failure.Method266 patients with chronic heart failure who were hospitalized in three large hospitals in Shaoyang City from April to October 2019 were investigated by convenient sampling method. The questionnaire filled in by the patients included general information, heart failure knowledge questionnaire, positive / negative emotion scale and body weightmanagement plan behavior scale of patients with chronic heart failure. After the survey, the questionnaire was sorted out,and the data was input and analyzed by Excel and spss22.0.The statistical methods of data analysis include descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis,etc.Result(1)A total of 266 hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure were investigated,300 questionnaires were issued, the recovery rate of the questionnaires was 100%,266 effective questionnaires, the effective rate was 89%;the score of weight management behavior was 8.64 ± 1.99points(full score was 16 points),the lowest score item in weight management behavior was " Weigh once a day or every other day ",the score was 1.24 ± 0.53 points,79.7% of patients said "do not do it at all" The item with the highest score was "taking diuretic behavior according to weight fluctuation",with a score of 3.02 ± 0.74,and 79.33% of the patients said that they could basically do it.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the influence of residence and positive / negative emotion on the score of weight management behavior(P < 0.05).The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the positive / negative emotion, heart failure knowledge, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control and weight management behavior intention in patients with chronic heart failure, and the correlation coefficients were 0.1 /-0.03,0.16,0.42,0.55,0.52(P < 0.01),respectively;the knowledge, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, weight in patients with chronic heart failure There was a significant positive correlation between management intention and weight management behavior, and the correlation coefficients were 0.156,0.35,0.48,0.44 and 0.49(P < 0.01).(3)The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of weight management behavior intention of patients with chronic heart failure were patients’ attitude, subjective norm and perceptual behavior control. The three variables explained 42.2%variation of weight management behavior intention of patients with chronic heart failure. The influencing factors of body weight management behavior in patients with chronic heart failure are subjective norm, perceptual behavior control and behavior intention.Three variables explain 38.3% variation of body weight management behavior in patients with chronic heart failure.(4)The results of path analysis showed that the attitude, subjective norm, perceptual behavior control and behavioral intention of patients with chronic heart failure had an impact on their weight management behavior;among them, the subjective norm, perceptual behavior controland behavioral intention had a direct impact on their weight management behavior, and the direct effects were 0.27,0.24 and 0.22 respectively(P <0.05);the attitude, subjective norm and perception had an impact on their weight management behavior Behavior control can indirectly affect the weight management behavior of patients with chronic heart failure through the intention of weight management behavior. The indirect effects were 0.19,0.31 and 0.34(P < 0.05);conclusion(1)The weight management behavior of patients with chronic heart failure is in the middle level, which suggests that medical staff should strengthen the intervention of weight management of patients with chronic heart failure, and improve the level of weight management of patients;(2)The attitude, subjective norm, perceptual behavior control and behavior intention of patients with chronic heart failure can directly or indirectly affect the weight management behavior of patients. Therefore, the medical staff can start from the above aspects when intervening the weight management behavior of patients, and carry out individual intervention for a weak link of patients,so as to improve the weight management level of patients;(3)Due to the limitations of the study,it is suggested that the future research can expand the scope of exploration on the basis of this study, and further explore the influencing factors of weight management behavior of patients with chronic heart failure,so as to provide practical basis for the formulation of intervention program.
