Objective: To study the diagnostic value of the IVIM-DWI dual index model when identifying benign and malignant breast lesions;and to compare it with the diagnostic value of conventional DWI parameters and multi-phase dynamic enhanced time signal intensity curves.To explore whether the combined application of dynamic enhancement and diffusion-weighted imaging parameters can further improve the diagnostic efficiency of identifying benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods : Screening patients who underwent breast MRI in the Department of Radiology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of University of south china from April 2019 to January 2020,collected 50 patients with breast lesions that met the research criteria(23 benign and 27malignant).All patients included in the study underwent routine DWI,IVIM-DWI and DCE-MRI examinations.Use the GE AW4.6 workstation to process the relevant data to obtain the parameter values of D,D *,f and ADC,and obtain the time-signal intensity curve of the lesion.Test theparameters.If the normal distribution is met,perform the t test on the independent samples.If it does not,then perform the non-parameter rank sum test;The difference between the two sets of data is compared to obtain receiver operating characteristic curves of different parameters,and the diagnostic efficacy of each parameter is evaluated.Results:1.Research data show that the D value of the malignant breast lesion group is less than the D value of the benign lesion group(p<0.05),the D * value of the malignant lesion group is slightly higher than that of the benign lesion group(p> 0.05),The values are similar(p>0.05).2.For the malignant lesion group,the TIC curve is mainly type III curve;for the benign lesion group,the TIC curve is mainly type I curve.The area under the curve of the D value is the largest,reaching 0.936,and the diagnostic sensitivity is 90%,which is higher than the TIC curve and the ADC value in the diagnosis of breast cancer.3.Using the combined diagnosis of various parameters,it was found that the combination of D value and TIC curve showed a relatively better diagnostic effect,with increased sensitivity and specificity,reaching 96.3% and 92.8% respectively.Conclusion : Compared with DCE-MRI and traditional DWI,IVIM-DWI has more advantages in diagnosing breast cancer.Among the parameters,the D-value has the highest diagnostic power;Thecombination of D value and TIC curve shows relatively better diagnostic efficacy.
