With the rapid development of Internet industry and the overall progress of social construction,the task of upgrading Internet plus has progressed to a new stage of medical development.At present,China’s medical strategy of "graded medical treatment,rapid and slow treatment,two-way referral" meets the increasingly diversified and large-scale new medical needs on the one hand,on the other hand,it provides technical support for the follow-up development of accurate diagnosis and treatment,remote cooperation,intelligent hospital,which has great social significance and popularization value.However,at this stage,there are many problems in the application process,such as the participation of medical staff with subjective thinking to operate,the passive participation of patients,many problems are difficult to be detected and improved,and the lack of objective evaluation of the effectiveness of the existing work,and therefore there is no way to solve the problems of solidification,uneven distribution,information island and regional limitations of the existing medical resources The practice of the strategy tends to be passive.At the same time,the existing research is lack of thinking about the actual operation environment and strategicinnovation and upgrading,and the discussion about user experience lacks the core content of professional medical information.Using a single disease evaluation function scale or patient experience measurement tool will produce diagnostic bias,which is difficult to provide more effective practical guidance.Focusing on the service content of user experience,or only analyzing the application research of human-computer interaction effect and traffic transformation data,there will be problems that deviate from the nature of medical assistance services,and enlarge the commodity attributes of medical services.Especially at present,China’s telemedicine work is still in the initial stage of remote operation terminal application popularization and matching services,which must be avoided with the "Internet" Confusion of the concept of "medical treatment".Therefore,the research needs to maintain an objective research position on the application and development of disciplines,and explore the overall plan of the professional configuration services that can really fit the needs of users in the whole society.We should explore the optimization measures of "Internet plus distance consultation" strategy from the perspective of enhancing user experience,and focus on the ultimate goal of medical assistance,so as to explore the improvement of the service.The whole strategy content can better solve the problems in the implementation process of the follow-up medical strategy in our country at this stage,provide the analysis mode and solutions from the perspective of user experience,ensure the feasibility of the comprehensive supply of public medical resourcesand the docking of professional services in our country,and improve the service efficiency,effectively release and configure medical resources,and ensure the realization of its application price Value.Taking the PLA General Hospital as an example,starting from the research approach of comprehensive application strategy as an interdisciplinary discipline,based on user experience theory,this paper makes a deep study of the user experience process of Internet plus remote consultation,and conducts questionnaire survey and interactive interviews on key links and contents.It finds that the application of Internet plus remote consultation in user experience of the PLA General Hospital is based on user experience theory.There are four major problems,that is,patients don’t know much about the early stage of participation,expectations don’t connect with the actual experience,the scope of departments is limited,and the demand for cure can’t be solved.The main reason lies in the lack of pre information promotion,the lack of experience function development,the failure to configure standard services from the perspective of users,and the imperfect security system.Finally,the research puts forward the promotion strategy,and obtains the systematic strategic plan,namely: upgrading the information service strategy,improving the Internet end user experience;optimizing the relationship mode,innovating the new interactive strategy of strategic alliance partnership;building a highly specialized management system to fully meet the needs of patients’ service;upgrading the remote consultation managementstrategy,upgrading and optimizing all service links in the whole process.In this way,we hope to provide theoretical ideas and practical guidance for the follow-up improvement of the PLA General Hospital remote consultation work,as well as some innovative ideas and participation basis for the future research in this field.
